Внеклассное мероприятие по английскому языку в 9 классе «День Святого Валентина» ­ “St’ Valentine’s Day”                                                                    Обучающие задачи:   обобщить пройденный материал, совершенствовать умения и навыки   учащихся   в устной монологической и письменной речи, а также навыки произношения. Развивающие задачи:   повысить мотивацию учащихся к изучению английского языка;  развивать память, воображение, мышление. Воспитательные задачи:   повысить уровень эстетического воспитания учащихся;   воспитывать у мальчиков и девочек уважительное отношение друг к другу. Оснащение:  праздничные   газеты,   дерево   удачи   с   сердечками   –   пожеланиями,   жетоны     (призы)   для болельщиков, разрезанные сердечки для выбора пары, разрезанные сердечки с вопросами­ ответами, цветная и белая бумага, фломастеры, карандаши,  клей, карточки с балами для жюри,   призы   победителям   и   приз   зрительских   симпатий,   доска,   воздушные   шары, музыкальное оформление. Участники: ведущие   (мальчик   и   девочка),   жюри   (учителя   английского   языка,   3­5   мальчиков   и   3­5 девочек). При   входе ведущие раздают участникам праздника и гостям сердечки с дерева удачи, а затем зачитывают пожелания, например:         1.You’ll meet your true love on the bus stop next week.         2. The love of  your life has a name six letters long.         3.Good lucik will come your way soon. Ведущий 1: Hello, dear friends and guests! Today we celebrate one of the best holidays, which young and old people love. It is St’Valentine’s Day! Ведущий 2: St’ Valentine’s Day is a religious holiday, which is celebrated in Great Britain, in many Europian countries and in the USA. St’Valentine’s Day has roots in several legends. Ведущий  1: One of the early symbols of love  is Cupid, the Roman God of Love, who is represented  by  the image of a young boy with bow and arrow. Ведущий  2: Valentine was a Christian priest in Roman Empire three hundred years after the death of Jesus Christ. He had been thrown in prison for his teaching. On the 14th of February  Valentine   was   beheaded,   not   only   because   he   performed   a   miracle   –   he   cured   the   jailer’s daughter from her blindness the night before he was executed – but he wrote a letter to the girl, signing it “ From Your Valentine”. Ведущий 1: Dear friends, what legends about this day do you know? Please don’t be shy tell them to us. Pupil 1: Another legend tells us that Valentine was an Italian bishop who lived in about the same time. He was imprisoned because he secretly married the couples, contrary to laws of the Roman emperor. Pupil 2: The 14th of February was also a Roman holiday, held in honour of the Goddess of Love. Young men by lottery chose the name of a young girl to escort to the festivities.The custom of choosing the sweetheart on this date has continued to our days.People still believe that birds pick their mates on the 14th of February. Ведущий (мальчик) предлагает девочкам половинки разрезанных сердечек, ведущая дает мальчикам другие половинки. Соединив половинки, получаются пары. Они садятся рядом друг с другом, им прикрепляется номер. Ведущий 2: So we have 3(5) couples. Let’s begin our competition and see which couple [s the best. The best couple will get the prize. The First Competition Ведущий 1: Your task is to introduce yourself. Члены   жюри   после   каждого   конкурса   выставляют   оценку   по   5­и   бальной   шкале   и показывают карточки с баллами. The Fourth Competition – A Love Game Ведущий 1: Stand, please, opposite each other. Say a compliment to your girl on each step. Девочки и мальчики стоят напротив друг друга на расстоянии двух шагов. Они делают комплименты друг другу на каждый шаг, пока не встретятся. Например, my sweet, you Are good, you are beautiful, etc. Побеждает пара, которая не ошиблась и без пауз произнесла все комплименты. Ведущий 2:                 The Fifth Competition – A wish Game Make up a very nice card with Valentine’s Day and Valentine’s wishes. Пока они это делают, проводится викторина для болельщиков. 1. Who was the Valentine who lived 300years after the death of Jesus Christ in the Roman Empire? – A Christian priest. 2. What did he do the night before he was executed? – He wrote the jailer’s daughter a farewell leter, signing it “From Your Valentine”. 3. What holiday did people celebrate in Rome many years ago? – A Roman holiday, held in honor of the Goddess of Love.  4. What is St’Valentine’s Day now? It is a holidy for sweethearts. 5. How do American children celebrate this holiday at school? The teacher opens the box and gives the Valentine’s to each pupil, then they have a party.
