Внеурочное мероприятие для учащихся седьмого класса, посвященное известному празднику Рождества в Соединенном королевстве Великобритании и Северной Ирландии. В Великобритании - католическое рождество, отмечается 25 декабря. Поэтому мероприятие можно рекомендовать к проведению в последней декаде декабря.
Можно также предложить учащимся 6-8 классов в зависимости от уровня подготовки.

At the 25th of December the Catholic world celebrates the feast of

Цель проведения мероприятия: расширить у учащихся представление
о праздновании рождественского торжества в Объединенном королевстве.
Задачи:

способствовать совершенствованию полученной информации о
развитию
культурной сфере страны изучаемого (английского) языка,
иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции – с речевой, социально
культурной, познавательной позиции;
•
воспитывать осознание у школьников степени важности овладения
английским языком в современном цивилизованном мире и необходимости
применять его не только как средство общения, но и средство познания и
социальной адаптации;
•
развивать качества национального самосознания, стремление к
взаимопониманию между гражданами разных государств, толерантность к
иной национальности, культуре.
Техническое оснащение: ноутбук, проектор, аудио, видеофайлы.
