Sport in My Life
Sport is not just a school lesson for me. It’s fun, energy, and a good mood.
Twice a week, I go to the gym with my mom. There, I exercise on the machines and run a little on the treadmill. But most of all, I love group classes. We dance to energetic music, and it feels like a party, not a workout! I become stronger and meet new friends there.
But my real passion is my bicycle. When the weather is nice, I ride it almost every day. I fly along the paths in the park, feeling the wind in my hair. It’s a sense of incredible freedom! Sometimes I ride to the store for bread or just explore my neighborhood. My bike is my best friend for adventures.
Sport helps me feel cheerful and full of strength. After the gym or a bike ride, I do my homework faster, and my head feels clearer. I think sport is very important for everyone, and I will never give it up.
