ПЛАН УРОКА АНГЛИЙСКОГО ЯЗЫКА ПО ТЕМЕ: «ДОСТОПРИМЕЧАТЕЛЬНОСТИ ЛОНДОНА »

Тема урока: Лондон
Тип урока: Повторение и закрепление изученных знаний
Цель урока: организовать деятельность обучающихся по повторению и закреплению изученных знаний по теме «Лондон и его достопримечательности».
Планируемые результаты:
личностные: формирование мотивации изучения английского языка,

толерантное отношение к проявлениям другой культуры,

 формирование коммуникативной компетенции в диалоговой межкультурной коммуникации,

соблюдение норм вежливого обращения в диалогической речи,

умение работать в группах, парах.
метапредметные: развитие коммуникативной компетенции, формирование у обучающихся способности к систематизации ранее приобретённых знаний,

формирования умения делать выводы,

умение извлекать нужную информацию из текста,

освоить умение умение работать в парах и индивидуально, формирование умения излагать свои мысли в устной и письменной форме.

Ход урока:

1. Организационный этап.

2. Постановка целей и задач урока. Мотивация учебной деятельности.
T.:First listen to the objects of our lesson and repeat. (ex. 25, p. 24)
Try to guess the topic of the lesson.
T.: You are right. We will speak about London's places of interest.
We will travel to London. I hope our tour will be merry and interesting.

3. Актуализация знаний.
T.: Would you like to learn more about the capital of the UK? Answer my questions.
- How many parts is the UK made of? Name them.
- What is the official name of the country?
- What is the capital of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland?
- What river is London situated on?
- Name three main parts of London.
- What sights of London do you know?
- Where is Trafalgar Square situated?
- What is the official residence of the Queen?
- What parks of London do you know?
- What London’s museums do you know?
- What would you like to say about London?

4. Усвоение ранее изученных знаний. (Аудирование.)
T: We are going to travel together. It is necessary for us to find the places that we want to visit. You'll see the sights of London. Listen to me attentively and try to guess the sight.

• It is the famous clock. It is really a bell. You can hear its deep tone on the BBC. People say that it is a face of London.
P1: I think it is Big Ben.
T: You are right. Let's see this place.
• It's the home of the British royal family in London. Outside the palace we can watch a colorful ceremony of the Changing of the Guard.
P2: I think it is Buckingham Palace.
T: You are right.
• The buildings in which the British parliament sits.
P3: These are the Houses of Parliament.
T: You are right.
• It is the best-known bridge. It was built in 1897. This bridge is across the Thames.
P4: It is Tower Bridge.
T: You are right.
• It is a fine cathedral in central London. It was built by Sir Christopher Wren.
P5: It is St. Paul's Cathedral.
T: You are right.

• It is a large gothic church. It was built in the 11th century. Almost all kings and queens were crowned there. Many famous British people were buried there.
P6: It is Westminster Abbey.
T: You are right.

5. Применение знаний в проблемной ситуации. (Работа в парах. Диалоги на тему «Ориентация в незнакомом гроде».)
T: OK, you know a lot of places in London. But we can lose our way. You may ask another person to help you. And if you know the way you can help another tourist to find the it. Make up the dialogues!

6. Повторение и закрепление изученного.
(Чтение. Использование английского языка)
T: I think we are ready to travel. What’s pity! We have a problem. I have an interesting story about one of the magical places. There are some missing words in the text. Put the missing words from the box. Read, translate and answer the questions. You have two minutes to do the task. Check yourself.

T.: When you travel in other countries and cities you can see a lot of interesting places. What are they?

10. Обобщение и систематизация знаний. (Просмотр и обсуждение видеоролика о Лондоне и его достопримечательностях)
T.: Thank you for your excursion. Let us watch a short video about London. Try to answer the question: What do people like about London?

11. Информация о домашнем задании.

Your homework is: Reading Ex. 3-5, p. 139-140; Writing Ex. 6, p. 140 .
