 I came to practice with the hope of gaining useful experience.

 I expected interesting tasks and active participation in the work

 The reality turned out to be far from my expectations.

My main functions in practice

 Document processing and systematization

 Helping employees with routine tasks

 Lack of independent projects and initiatives

Specific examples from practice

Filling in the same tables daily without explanation

Lack of access to more complex tasks

 Minimal   communication management and colleagues  Sometimes   I just   had   to

instructions without doing anything.

What I learned about the work of the Federal Tax

Service from the inside

 The complexity of bureaucratic procedures

 The importance of accuracy and care in documentation

 Limited automation and a lot of manual work

 A system that requires patience and perseverance

What would I change in my

practice

 More practical tasks and independence

 Clear mentoring and regular feedback

 The opportunity to participate in real projects

 Improving communication within the team

Bottom line: my view on the experience in the Federal Tax Service No. 20

 The practice gave an understanding of the real work, but did not inspire

 An important lesson is that not every practice is useful and interesting.

 The experience helped me determine what I want to avoid in the future.
