Dmitry Nikolayevich Bilan is a singer, Honored and People's Artist of Kabardino-Balkaria, Honored Artist of Chechnya and Ingushetia.
He was born on December 24, 1981 in Ust-Dzhegut, Karachay-Cherkessia. From birth until July 2008 he was named Viktor Belan.
