A primary school teacher is a person who understands the basics of every school subject. He knows how to attract the attention of children, how to present the topic in an interesting way, how to captivate them with learning. The elementary school teacher combines the functions of a teacher, educator and psychologist. Teacher is a very time consuming profession. She is chosen by those who get along well with children and are ready to devote their lives to their upbringing. It is not for nothing that they say that a primary school teacher is not a profession, but a way of life, therefore, an obligatory quality for this work is love for children. The primary school teacher must be tactful, kind, patient, fair. A child can forgive even an overly emotional response if it is justified and fairly said. The teacher should give each student a chance to reveal their capabilities, to be an assistant, mentor, psychologist, role model, to some extent even a mother. Often women choose this profession because they naturally understand children well.

The profession of a primary school teacher has a number of advantages:
contribution to the upbringing of the future generation;
conducting a lesson is creativity;
long summer vacation;
authority: in elementary school, the teacher is unconditionally trusted;
children charge with positive;
gratitude and respect of parents.

Despite the nobility and demand, the profession of a primary school teacher has its drawbacks:

observation: the ability to see trends in the development of a child, the ability to form his skills;
a high degree of personal responsibility;
oratorical and organizational skills;

This type of activity is contraindicated for people suffering from:
impaired hearing, speech, vision;
convulsions, loss of consciousness;
cardiovascular disease;
disorders of the vestibular apparatus;
diseases of the central nervous system;
mental disorders.

Every year, millions of children go to first grade across the country. All of them need to be trained. This task is entrusted to the primary school teacher. Sometimes so many children come to school that there are not enough teachers. Therefore, the profession of a primary school teacher is extremely in demand.
