My favorite book is Sarah Jio "BlackBerry winter" Vera ray, a single mother from Seattle. Woman forced to combine duties as a mother with a night job at the hotel. The spring evening in 1933, everything was as usual. Faith kissed the son, having put him to bed, and went to work. In the morning, Seattle was blanketed with snow. After returning home, Vera found that little Daniel disappeared. No trace of the boy except his favorite toy, Daniel, was found not far from home, Faith could not be found. The mother does not intend to surrender and to accept. She is confident that will be able to find his son.

The novel  Composition Romantic of the main features of the product – the presence in the novel the two main characters, who themselves tell their stories. Through first person narrative the reader has the opportunity to participate in the development of events. Two women living in different eras, with different destinies and different levels of material prosperity, United in common grief – the loss of a beloved child. A reminder of the nightmarish stories of the past becomes a snow-storm suddenly began in late spring. Another lost child (this time, forever), becomes the great-grandson of the Faith ray.

The theme and idea  The subject of motherhood is addressed in the novel, is very close to Sarah gio. The woman was the mother of three sons. Work on the book took place during the third pregnancy. MY OPINION ABOUT THIS BOOK  I catch myself thinking that I can't break away from the story "BlackBerry winter". The plot quickly moves to another time when, a century later, the city was covered with snow storm in the month of may. The chief editor asks the journalist Claire to write this essay. She wonders: "What is the essay, because it is likely a topic for news. But then the incredible happens...And here again I find myself on the page of fate of Faith. A terrible tragedy happened in her life: beloved son Daniel disappeared from the apartment where she had left him alone, going to a night shift at a hotel. My heart stops from fear: what would I have done, if similar? Poor mother! Turns, of fate it consistently interspersed the history of the Faith, and then – journalist Claire. Exciting plot. I think I'll have to read to the end. Moreover, the topic of journalism is very close to me. Always interested in the lives of colleagues, a situation at work, the details, when the editor requires you to write a particular article. In this story with an essay character help her friend Abby, who is able to produce news. About what it will offer is anyone's guess. But it will be something amazing.
