Sheila is 12 years old. She gets up early in the morning because she lives far from school. Sheila often gets to school on foot. She comes back home at two in the afternoon. Then she has lunch. Sheila usually eats some meat and vegetables. For example, she has chicken or fish with rice and a salad. She likes drinking mineral water or fruit juice. After that she cleans her teeth. In the evening Sheila goes to the sports center. There she plays tennis or does some exercises. When she is hungry, she always eats some fruit. Sheila never goes to bed after ten because she needs to get enough rest .
Mark always gets up at 10 or 11 o’clock. He often doesn’t have breakfast. Mark likes having hamburgers, pizza, crisps and hot dogs for lunch. He always has fizzy drinks like cola. He doesn’t eat any fruit or vegetables at home. After lunch he takes a bus and goes to school. At six o’clock Mike goes to the bus stop and comes back home. He sits on the sofa and watches TV for three hours. When he is hungry, he eats lots of sweets or chocolate biscuits and he always drinks cola. He usually goes to sleep at eleven or twelve because before going to bed he likes playing computer games. He usually stays at home all day at weekends.
