Цели урока:
- развитие навыков говорения;
- расширение и закрепление знаний учащихся;
- обучение слушать и понимать услышанное;
- развитие умения обобщать, доказывать, логически выстраивать высказывания;
- воспитание умения работать в группах и самостоятельно;
- распространение интереса к традициям и культурным ценностям носителей языка.
Тип урока: актуализация и закрепление изученного материала
Формы контроля: фронтальный опрос, аудирование.
Планируемые результаты:
- уметь выстраивать высказывания, используя изученный материал;
- уметь работать в группах, участвовать в диалоге.

Проектор мультимедиа, учебник Student’s book VIII О.В. Афанасьева, И.В. Михеева.

1. Этап мотивации (самоопределения) к учебной деятельности
- Good morning! I’m glad to see you.
- How are you today?
- Boys and girls, tell me, please, what season it is now? You are right, it is spring now. I know one poem about spring and I`d like to read it for you.

- Spring makes the world a happy place.
You see a smile on every face.
Flowers come out
and birds arrive,
Oh, isn’t it great to be alive?
- Let's read it together. (repeat)

And now I propose you to look at the blackboard. You can see some pictures there. Can you describe them?
And now can you guess what is the topic of our lesson?

You learned something new and now I propose you to rest a little. Close your eyes and listen to the music and after that you`ll tell us what images you had during this listening.

4. Этап самостоятельной работы с самопроверкой
And now we`ll have an audition. You`ll listen the text and answer the questions.

5. Этап рефлексии учебной деятельности на уроке.
• You can see a crossword on the blackboard. Which words can you find?
• There are some words. Try to divide them into 4 columns: learning things, doing things, making things and collecting things.
• And one more task. On these clouds some words are hidden. Guess their meaning and put away from the blackboard.
