План-конспект урока к разделу «Lets get together»

(по УМК Ю.А. Комарова 9 класс)

Учитель: МОУ ФСШ Арсентьева Н.М.

Тема: Relationships (Conflict resolution)

Цель урока: Совершенствование речевых навыков по теме «Relationships».

Воспитательный компонент цели: воспитание потребности в практическом использовании языка, культуры общения, толерантного отношения к мнению товарищей.

Развивающий компонент: развитие языковых, интеллектуальных, познавательных способностей, чувств, эмоций учащихся.

Учебно-организационные навыки: формирование у школьников способности работать в коллективе.

Учебно-интеллектуальные: обрабатывать и дифференцировать языковые единицы.

Учебно-коммуникативные: умение слушать партнера, обоснование своей точки зрения.

Образовательный компонент: расширение эрудиции учащихся

Практический компонент цели: формирование лингвострановедческой языковой компетенции учащихся.

Ход урока

1.      Орг. момент: приветствие

 

T: It’s  nice to  see  you.

Ps: It’s  great  to  see  you  too.

 

2.      Подготовительный этап.

Let’s  watch  the video first and guess what we are going to talk about.

(учащиеся смотрят короткое  видео о конфликте между подростками)

T: What is our today’s topic?

P: Conflicts.

T: Conflict resolution.

3. Постановка задачи

T: As we are going to speak about dating and relationships, let’s repeat the words and expressions from the previous lesson:

Слайд

Chat somebody up

fall in love (with somebody)

get back together (with somebody)

get engaged (to somebody)

get on well (with somebody)

make up (with somebody)

Ask somebody out

Fancy somebody

Fall out (with somebody)

Get divorced

Get married (to somebody)

Go out (with somebody)

Split up (with somebody)

4. Закрепление значений слов путем толкования

T: Can you explain in English the meanings of these phrases?

You have 2-3 minutes to think it over.

(Ученики, объясняют значение знакомых фраз).

T: And now look at new expressions on the slide

 

5.Введение и толкование новых слов (слайды)

CHAT SOMEBODY UP

To talk to someone in a way that shows that you are sexually attracted to them

Have a quarrel

GET DIVORCED

Be no longer married to your wife or husband

Become a wife and a husband

GO OUT (WITH SOMEBODY)

Have a romantic relationship with someone

SPLIT UP (WITH SOMEBODY)

End a marriage or relationship with each

 

 

 

6. Работа с лексикой

 

T:Your task is to put the phrases in the box into the order that might happen in a relationship.

Учащимся раздаются эти фразы, распечатанные на отдельных полосках бумаги, они советуются и распределяют их в порядке, который считают нужным.

Карточки прикрепляются к магнитной доске.

T:Explain your choice

Учащиеся по очереди объясняют свой выбор – последовательность в развитии отношений

7.Работа с текстом

T: Now we are going to read the text about the relationship between Jack and Kelly. Try to answer the question who finished their relationship.. There are two sides to their story. What is your point of view?

(учащиеся слушают и  читают текст The EX Factor

T: Which  story do you  think is more honest?

T; Have any of your friends ever finished with anyone for the same reason as Kelly?

T: How many reasons can you think of for finishing with someone?  What’s the most serious reason? Come to an agreement and give one single reason.

Ps:  We think it is cheating.

T: But neither Jack nor Kelly were cheating on each other, which means they can find ways to make up

T: Now your homework for the next lesson: create a dialogue between Kelly and Jack that could lead to reconciliation.

8. Подведение итогов, рефлексия.

 

T:Did you like our lesson?

What did you like best?

What new things did you learn at the lesson?

9. Домашнее задание

 

T:Your homework is to make up your own story about the relationships between two people, using new words and phrases.
