           I’d like to start our presentation. ʊ The topic of our presentation is “One day in town”. And we want to show you sights of Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland  and tell you about them. Our presentation consists of seven parts. It will take about five minutes of your time. From this slide (2) you can see    The City Hall  The City Hall was finished in 1906 and was built to reflect Belfast's city status, granted by Queen Victoria in 1888. The dome is 173 ft [f t] high. This beautiful building stands in the heart of Belfast City centre as a landmark for Northern Ireland. From next slide  (3) you can see Windsor House. Windsor House 80 m high, has 23 floors and is the second tallest building in Ireland.  If you look at this slide (4) you will see the Grand Opera House. The Opera House is a theatre in Belfast presenting a range of drama, dance, opera,   comedy,   musicals,   pantomime.   It   was   designed   by   Frank Matcham Фрэнк Мэтчем.    (5) Now you can see Titanic­Museum. It is one of Northern Ireland's best attractions. If you are planning a trip to Northern Ireland then you need to go here. The Museum tells the stories of the Titanic, which sank on its first voyage in 1912, and about other ships. I think you you have seen film Titanic but may not have realised that the Titanic was actually built in Belfast.      (6) The Zoo is one of the top visitor attractions in Northern Ireland. More than 295,000 (two hundred and ninety­five thousand)  people visit it every year. The majority of the animals are in danger in their natural habitat.   The   zoo   houses   more   than   1,200   animals   of   140   species including Asian Elephants, Barbary Lions, a White Tigers , three species of penguin.  That’s all. Thank you for your attention.
