Сценарий конкурса чтецов на английском языке учащихся 3-4 классов Тунгускова Э.В. Цели: -закрепить знания учащихся по теме “Sports and Games”; -воспитывать у учащихся положительное отношение к здоровому образу жизни; -совершенствовать навыки выразительного рассказывания стихотворений; - развивать интерес к поэтическим произведениям стран изучаемого языка. Материалы и оборудование: - картинки для украшения зала, детские рисунки, воздушные шары - дипломы и призы “On a cold and frosty morning”. Ход мероприятия Ведущий : Good afternoon everybody! Welcome to our competition where you will be able to listen to the poems. Our competition is devoted to «Sports and games». Wake, body, wake mind! Work, play, seek, find! Eat breakfast, dinner too, Wash, brush, sing, dance, and do! • We shall recite English poems and find out who can do it very well. • At first of all let’s introduce our judges. They are… • Let me introduce our participants: Ведущий : Now Ibraeva Aidana from the 3rd form”A”will sing a song in English. We are glad to see you! Do you like sports? Today we’ll speak about sports and games. • It is time to start. Try to recite the poems artistically and in a natural manner. • We shall clap our hands after each poem. I hope you will enjoy your English. Good luck to you! Ведущий : And now let’s begin our competition. The pupils of the third forms: Дети рассказывают стихи, жюри их оценивают Pupil 1: Sport is fun for girls and boys. It’s much better than the toys. You can sledge and ski, and skate And play snowballs with Kate. You can swim and play football, Hockey, tennis, basketball. You can jump and you can run. You can have a lot of fun. Pupil 2: Have a look at Mary’s ball, Mary’s ball, Mary’s ball. Can it stop and stop at all, Can it stop at all? Form words from the new words with every letter of the word «Basketball» Basket, ball, all, tall, set, bell, sell, bat, let, lab, take, tell, task, lake. Pupil 6 : I can walk, I can run, I can have a lot of fun. I can hop, I can jump. If you can’t, you’ll be plump. I can go, I can hop. Tell me, if I can hop off. Pupil 7: Can you swim? Yes, I can. With my legs, with my hands. Don’t boast, little boy. Better play with your toys. When you grow, You’ll be a man. And you’ll try To cross again. Pupil 8 : On a winter day Skating, skating, Boys and girls so gay Like to skate together On a winter day. Skiing, skiing, Boys and girls so gay Like to ski together On a winter day. If It Snows If it snows, if it snows What’ll you do? What’ll you do? I’ll go skiing if it snows, That’s what I’ll do. If it rains, if it rains, What’ll you do? What’ll you do? I’ll stay at home if it rains, That’s what I’ll do. Pupil 9 And now two girls from the 3rd form “V” will dance for you. Let’s continue to recite the poems. The pupils of the 4th forms: Pupil 10: One, one-we can run. Two, two-what can you do? Three, three –I can ski. Four, four-he can go. Five, five-it can fly. Six, six- we can skip. Seven, seven- he can travel. Eight, eight- she can skate. Nine, nine- he can ride. Ten, ten-try it again! 3 A guessing game. 4. While our judges choose the winners, let’s guess the riddles: 1. This game is played bу two teams. There аге six players in each team. They play game оn аn ice field. (Hockey.) 2. It is а team game. Two teams hit а large ball with their hands over а high net. The bаll is not allowed to bounce оn the ground. (Volleyball.) 3. It is а game of two players. Each player starts with sixteen different playing pieces. They move the playing pieces on а board. The aim of the game is taking your opponent's king. (Chess) The children are dancing. Thanks for your taking part in our competition. I can see you can recite the poems very well. Now I want our judges give you diplomas for taking part in our poetry day. Our contest is over. Good- bye!
