Exhibition "Russia: from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok

Two weeks ago, my friends and I visited an exhibition at the Expocentre. There were exhibits from all regions of Russia — from Vladivostok to Kaliningrad. They showed the main attractions and famous landmarks of each region.

Journey into the heart of the taiga

We “travelled” through the taiga and met its animals. We also smelled the scents of the Far Eastern forest.

Treasures of the Ural Mountains

Then we experienced the atmosphere of the Ural mines. We learned about deposits of emeralds, amethysts, topazes, and other gemstones.

Virtual walk across the Crimean Bridge

We also “walked” across the Crimean Bridge — the longest bridge in Europe — and saw amazing views.

Natural resources of our country

We looked at nature from different regions of our country.

Winemaking in the South of Russia

We learned that the Southern Federal District is the largest wine producer in Russia. We also heard the story of how wine is made.

Exploring the Golden Ring

Next, we saw the Golden Ring of Russia and played a game where we had to find the cities.

Impressions from the exhibition

My friends and I really enjoyed the tour. It was exciting and educational. The exhibition impressed us with its scale. It gave us a chance to see the beauty of our country all in one place.
