Raspberry • We usually eat raspberry raw. It gets you moving. It gives you that extra boost when you really need it and protect you from many serious illnesses. • Raspberry is rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre
Strawberry • We usually eat strawberries raw, baked and boiled. Strawberry is rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre.
Apple We usually eat apples raw and baked. Apple is rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre.
Pumpkin • Pumpkin is rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre. We usually eat it raw or fried. • Pumpkin are brain food. It helps you keep your mind on things and really improve your powers of concentration. • This food have lots of vitamin C. This is important because that’s the vitamin that helps your body fight off infections
Pineapple • We usually eat Pineapple raw. It`s rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre. It nature's way of helping us to stay happy. It make me more optimistic.
Banana Banana are nature's way of helping us to stay happy. They make us more optimistic. Eat a banana and you’ll feel a bit better.  We usually eat banana a raw. This fruits rich is in vitamins, minerals, fibre.
Apple Apple are great when you want to relax, calm yourself down or keep your emotions under control. Apple are good for you because they contain vitamins and minerals that keep your teeth and bones strong and healthy. We usually eat it raw.
Orange • We usually eat orange raw. It`s rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre. It is brain food. It helps really improve powers of concentration, help body fight off infectio n.
Plum • We usually eat plums raw, baked and boiled. Plum is rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre.
Blueberry Blueberry are soothing, both emotionally and physically, and prepare you for a good night’s rest We usually eat it raw. Blueberry is rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre.
Peach • We usually eat peaches raw, baked and boiled. Peach is rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre.
Fig Fig can keep you looking young and make people more creative We usually eat fig raw. Fig is rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre.
Broccoli • We usually eat steamed broccoli. It`s rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre. It is great when you want to relax, ca lm yourself down or  keep your  emotions under cont rol.
Eggplant • We usually eat eggplant fried. It is rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber. It makes people more creative.
