DIVISION OF Production

Production • It is the system of manufacturing material benefits or services for individuals or organizations. • The process of making or growing things in large quantities, especially in a factory or on a farm, so that they can be sold.

Even the most primitive work of a primitive man always operates at the support and interaction with other people. So production is connected not only with economy but also with social sphere and the relations between people.

Working together has its economic importance Allows: • To achieve the objectives • To exchange experience and skills • To share activities

Cooperation • A situation in which people or organizations work together to achieve a result that will benefit all of them. • Cooperation of labour is a form of labor in which many people take part in at the same or in different but related processes of work. • Joint activities are the basis of cooperative work. • This is the main feature of modern industry.

division of labour It is the specialization of the employee to do different kinds of the operations in the process of production. Cooperation and division of labor are always close to each other.

Modern process of production cooperation cannot exist without division of labor because they are complementary things and they provide the stability of production.
