Problems which new teachers face

Good teachers are made, not born. There is no gen for good teaching! Teaching is the best job. I enjoy every bit of it. It has ups and downs but on the whole it is interesting and endless job. No matter how good teacher you are, you can always be better. As a new teacher I came to know that teaching is easy and at the same time difficult profession. It is easy because you teach the things you already know, but the difficult part is that you are responsible for pupils’ education, behavior, their life at school and outside. to cut the long story short you like a parent to them. Despite of this teaching is enjoying job, when you teach pupil something they don’t know, or when you give some advice. I love teaching when I got a job at school as an English teacher I as very happy that was about to teach kids the things I know. But day by day I face new different problems such as pupils behavior, paper work, meetings and etc. When I started having such problem I began looking for answers on the internet. I found some very nice advice but it was bit higher for my level. I downloaded more than ten 10 book about being a good teacher but the answers were not satisfactory. Then I asked for help from school management, I cant say they didn’t help, but it wasn’t enough. Many time times I wanted to speak about these problems with other teachers, unfortunately they gave similar answers. Now I have a chance to talk about these problems and their solutions.

The requirements for a modern teacher are very high. they are too high for a new teacher. First of all there must be an e-versions of the materials which we should know. When I needed I couldn’t find them anywhere. For example law and resolutions which are particularly for teacher and English teachers. They must be separated and put in one folder.   Secondly I want to talk about pupils with very bad behavior. When we have problems with them we sent those pupils to the principal of the school but if we do it 3 or four time, principal would start saying “ Cant you hand it yourself?” We try if make any mistake, principal can rebuke. So principal of schools should handle these kinds of problems. In order to increase our knowledge on English we must practice more on CEFR or IELTS reading or writing exams. Nowadays pupils are studying English themselves and getting ready to pass those test. We teacher should be more knowlegible. In every training sessions we must talk about development in the world so that we get informed about news and be have more wider out look.
