THE IMPORTANCE OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ACADEMIC MOBILITY OF STUDENTS

Abstract. This article discusses the issues of developing students' academic mobility and increasing its effectiveness through the organization of independent study in English and the organization of independent study.

Nowadays are required the promotion of knowledge in the field of education in the country, to increase its effectiveness, to create a consistent system in this area. The formation of students' interest in acquiring knowledge related to independent study of subjects, including English, the development of learning competencies in this area depends on the effectiveness of independent study.
It is important to organize independent study of this subject, to increase its effectiveness, so that students are prepared to work independently according to their age, to strive adapting to the micro-society, to take a serious approach to determining the direction of professional activity.
Independent study of English should serve to create certain conditions for the decision of the following cases: the development of students' interest in acquiring knowledge of independent study of English, learning competencies and independent activity. It is important to achieve the organization of independent education in this subject on the basis of advanced technologies, to pay attention to the choice of forms, methods and techniques.
However, there are a number of unresolved issues in the organization of independent study of English. They are a scientific solution to such an important problem as the organization of independent study in this subject in educational institutions in accordance with the requirements of the time, to increase its effectiveness. Determining the scope of the problems in the field of increasing the effectiveness of English-independent study, studying and analyzing the factors that cause them, require showing ways to solve these tasks.
In this case, conclusions are made by analyzing the extent to which the problem of defining the content of independent study, increasing its effectiveness has been solved in English.
Independent study in educational institutions is aimed at providing students with theoretical knowledge of the basics of English language, the development of practical skills, creative abilities and it is carried out during the academic year.
Independent study - it is determined by the formation of such qualities as students' thorough knowledge of English, the ability to explain its importance,comprehension is created conditions for boostine their knowledge of the basics of English, the ability to apply in everyday activities and independent activities is developed.
At present, special attention is paid to the organization of independent education on the basis of a common system by aiming at the formation of professional skills and the development of creative abilities.
Within the framework of this system, it is important to improve the quality of English independent study to increase its effectiveness in educational institutions.
That's why , to determine the availability of didactic conditions in educational institutions, to develop the content and consistency of the system, to create teaching aids and recommendations, to involve skilled teachers in its organization, to achieve continuous improvement of pedagogical knowledge , the use of different technologies in the organization of independent study, identification of ways to increase student activity, the formation of skills for independent study of English language skills; it is important to disseminate experiences in this area.
The effectiveness of independent study of English can be determined using the following criteria:
- The provision of independent study in English with a new educational and methodological literature;
-Involvement of teachers with theoretical knowledge and pedagogical skills in the process of independent study of the English language and the decision of the technological approach to the organization of this process;
- The provision of independent study in English with modern techniques;
-The emergence of students' independence and activism in independent study of English;
- Shortness of time spent by students to thoroughly master the knowledge of English;
- Use of pedagogical means in this process:
- The formation of students' critical thinking, creative abilities and professional skills;
The following methods are important in increasing the effectiveness of independent study of English:
- Ensuring the general planning of independent study of English;
-Defining the objevtives of the organization of independent study of the
English language, thorough of the tasks to be achieved;
- Development of the content of English lessons;
- Dividing each lesson into specific stages;
- The choice of organizational forms, methods and techniques of teaching English;
Determining the amount of time spent on the formation of learning competencies, which are expected to be acquired by students in English language classes;
-determining the forms, methods and techniques of control over the independing activity of students;
-Implementation of the training project;
-Analysing of the results of independent study of English
The level of formation of educational competencies acquired by students: the ability to distinguish a set of basic concepts and explain their essence; compliance with certain requirements; to determine on the basis of criteria such as active independent study.
Independent study in accordance with the requirements of educational and normative documents (DTS, curricula) is important in ensuring that students have a thorough knowledge of English, independent acquisition of knowledge on the basis of state educational standards, the acquisition of competencies.
The knowledge imparted to students in independent study of the English language allows them to develop their professional skills.
However,from expected independent learning are not always accomplished.
Improving the effectiveness of independent learning is ensured by:
- Thorough knowledge of the basics of English language teachers;
-Having the competence and being self-educated in practice;
-Involving students attention on learning the basic of English;
- Deep understanding of the importance of advanced technologies and their effective use in the process of independent study;
- Adequate an educational material and technical base of educational institutions;
- The organization of monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of independent study;
In the course of our observations, we were convinced that the use of advanced technologies as an effective way to increase the effectiveness of independent study of the English language in educational institutions can give positive results.
According to the results of a survey conducted during the initial observation, we have seen that English teachers face difficulties in organizing independent study.
Therefore, the study recognized the effective organization of independent study of English as one of the important tasks.
Accordingly, a training entitled "Development of a training project" was conducted.
I. Organizational part - study of the objective conditions required for the lesson choosing available , appointing of teachers responsible for organization and conduct of the lesson, assigning of specific tasks, preparing of papers, pens, rulers, blackboards of different sizes and quality, organizational issues - informing them (oral or in writen about the training, project development.
The following tasks are:
Step - 1. A survey will be conducted among educators to determine their knowledge of advanced technologies and opportunities to use them in independent study of the English language. They were asked questions.
For example: How do you assess the possibility of using advanced technologies in independent study?
What do you mean by planning independent study?
What is important in planning independent study?
Step - 2. To provide teachers with theoretical information on the planning independent study.
Advanced technology and independent learning process (small report).
Familiarity with visual aids and the factors that are important in the development of a training project for independent study.
Example of organization of independent study on the basis of a specific project (Practical training).
Step - 3. Organization of creative activities in the field of independent study with the participation of teachers.

III. The final part. Training process, analysis of results.
The training included a round table discussion with teachers to discuss the benefits of pre-planning independent study activities.
In the roundtable, teachers noted that the organization of independent study of English on the basis of a new approach has the following advantages:
- to study the availability of objective and subjective factors necessary for the conduct of independent study of English;
-to determine the amount of time spent on the organization and conduct of training;
- to gather sufficient information about the purpose of the training and its results;
-to setting future tasks and to create conditions for work in this area;
Given the content of pedagogical activities aimed at improving the effectiveness of independent study of English and the observations, an important factor in ensuring the effectiveness of independent study of English is the decision to take a new approach to the organization of this process.
The implementation of independent study using non-traditional forms, methods and techniques gives its positive results.
The following conclusions can be drawn that the consistent implementation of independent study will ensure its effectiveness:
1.One of the important factors in increasing the effectiveness of independent study of English in educational institutions is the use of advanced technologies.
It became clear that the organization of independent education in accordance with these technologies depends on the fact that English language teachers are aware of the essence of advanced technologies.
2. The solution of problems on the application of advanced technologies in independent study of English language is the basis of the research activities.
3. The issue of effective organization of independent study of English language was highlighted during the observation.
The establishment and implementation of specific plans to increase the effectiveness of independent learning not only builds the professional skills of students, but also paves the way for the growth of their activity.
4.Boasting the knowledge of teachers of English, improving their pedagogical skills, equipping them with information on advanced technologies are important factors for increasing the effectiveness of independent study.
5. The effectiveness of independent study of English can be determined using certain criteria.
The acquisition of competencies by students to work independently, the use of independent study techniques, indicates the purposeful implementation of this process in educational institutions.
Educational institutions have an important function to cultivate young people who have independent idea, who are able to use advanced technology and technical means, with a thorough knowledge of the basics of specialization, including English.
Its positive solution depends on the work of dedicated, self-studying, enterprising and organized teachers who have the basics of pedagogical knowledge, improve the activities of educational institutions with reliable material and technical base.
