Урок 39. Что должен знать и уметь путешественник?

Цели: развитие навыков чтения художественных текстов; со­вершенствование навыков устной речи по теме «Что должен знать и уметь путешественник?»; активизация лексических навыков.

Ход урока

I.  Организационный момент

Today we shall have a talk about skills and knowledge that can be useful for a traveller.

II.  Речевая разминка. Тренировка навыков диалогической речи

Игра «Снежный ком»

III.   Активизация навыков устной речи по теме «Путешествие»

-      The next task for you is exercise 67, page 83 in your textbooks. Discuss the questions in pairs and share your ideas with other pupils, please. Work in pairs and in 3 minutes we shall listen to' your variants all together.

упр. 67, стр. 83. Задание для учащихся - обсудить в парах вопросы, предложенные в данном упражнении.

Примерная запись на доске:

IV.  Совершенствование навыков монологической речи

-      I'd like you to do the task of exercise 68, page 83. Who will read the phrases in the box? You will arrange the skills according to their importance. You have three minutes to look through them and then we shall listen to your ideas. Speak of the most important skills. Who is ready to start?

VI.  Активизация навыков ознакомительного чтения

-      I'd like you to open your textbooks, page 84, exercise 69. We shall read the story and complete the sentences before the text. Read the beginning of the story to yourself. You will have 2 minutes. Now let's read the sentences and complete them.

упр. 69, стр. 84 из учебника.

VII.   Введение новой лексики по теме «Путешествие»

-      I'd like you to look at the words and phrases in the box in exercise 70, page 85. Will you read the following words and word combinations? Let's read them one by one. Now I want you to read the words in pairs. Find in the story and read aloud the sentences with the new words and translate them.

прочитать слова и словосочетания из рамочки из упр. 70, стр. 85. Ученики повторяют слова за учи­телем, читают их в парах, а затем находят в тексте предложения с новыми словами, зачитывают и переводят их.

VIII.   Развитие навыков просмотрового чтения

-      Let's continue reading of the story and find out what happened to the boy and his father. You'll read the story from your textbooks, exercise 70, page 85 to yourself and in five minutes we shall listen to variants of the sentences after the story.

упр. 70, стр. 85 про себя и выпол­няют задание после текста.
