The purpose of the lesson: to expand the horizons of students in the preparation of mini-reports, as well as chemical and environmental abstracts.

Equipment: thematic Newspapers, mini-messages of students, essays.

All message topics are chosen by students at the beginning of the school year. Those who want to prepare abstracts for the scientific and practical conference, which is held annually in the framework of the school, the city. Some students start their scientific chemical and environmental work in grades 9 and 10. As experience shows, students are particularly interested in topics related to the chemistry of cosmetics, hygiene, perfumes, medicines, detergents

Thesis topics: "Anthropogenic toxification of the planet", "Irritants perfumes and cosmetics, their toxicity", "Chemical analysis of toothpaste, shampoo, bath gel; effect of the dye on the hair: positive and negative action, environmental effects on the environment", "Darkest three (Pb, Cd, Hg)", "Harmless aluminium", "the Most amazing substance on Earth", "Chemistry and environmental protection: air, water, and soil protection."



II. Holding seminars

1. Chemistry and agriculture:

a) plants and soil (fertilizers, plant protection products and their effect on soil, water). Chemical reclamation.

2. Chemistry and environmental problems:

(a) protection of the atmosphere;

b) protection of water resources;

C) land protection.

3. Chemistry and everyday life:

a) home pharmacy;

b) detergents and cleaning agents:

C) cosmetics, perfumes, hygiene products;

d) write chemistry: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, salts.

4. Food industry and its development.

Generalization and conclusions from the lesson.

The final word of the teacher at the end of the school chemistry course, setting the final grades.
