Introduction

What is a modern teacher - this is now being said everywhere and at all levels. I want to express my opinion about the teacher, but I would like to start with a poem by Mark Lvovsky "Teacher, who is he for you?"

A year passes, a difficult year,

Which was full of worries,

And the paint of the day is burning,

Teacher, who is he for you?

Teacher is an enemy, a teacher is a friend,

We are afraid of zealous servants,

Where there is malice or fear,

And justice fails!

Indeed, it is only after years that a person begins to understand that he was a teacher for him. But, in my opinion, children should understand the teacher, his actions towards him not after a long time, but immediately, right there. Therefore, the teacher needs to build a system of work so that all of its components are understood by the students: what this teacher or that teacher can praise and punish. The teacher should be able to explain his motives, and not get into the position "from above". In general, it is not every teacher that succeeds in being a friend to his disciples, to communicate, recognizing their personality in them.

I have often thought about why a literate, knowledgeable subject teacher sometimes can not teach children well. Sit at the lesson of a colleague, find faults, correct, help. And tomorrow the same problem. The teacher is nervous, breaks down, turns to scream. Again, advice, help, and ... the same picture. Go to school such a teacher, tormented and tormented.

Comprehending this truth, we begin to understand ourselves, others, discover the depth of the lines: "Nothing on earth does not pass without a trace ..." Everything in life is connected: you touch one - it is reflected on the other. A modern teacher should remember this.

If we answer the question of what a modern teacher should be: talented or simply "a good, strong specialist," the answer here can be mixed. On the one hand, we need to think about how many talented children we have in schools and whether we need talented teachers. Or simply, we need specialists in our field, masters who will teach, form, show, educate, develop. I believe that both are needed, because all children are talented initially, but it was most sensible to see specialists in the school who combine talent with the ability to methodically "invest" in children everything that you can do yourself. And learn from the children themselves.

Should not, the graduate of the school has no right to mumble: "I can not". That is why today the society has the highest demands on the teacher: to the level of upbringing, and to the level and quality of education. The task of the modern teacher is to make people not only able to show themselves at a certain time, at their "high point", but also be ready for constant, active self-improvement and self-renewal so that the "star hour" grows into a "star age".

1)   Every profession begins with a vocation.

Teacher ... Behind this notion is a man of the noblest profession who devoted his life to a great cause - to sow the good, the sensible, the eternal.

"Life is infinite knowledge. Take your staff and go ... "

His choice - to be a teacher - I did easily. Now I'm trying to explain for myself, to remember why I chose this hard way.

A happy childhood is a dream, a dream, there are a lot of them. Everyone in the soul is a dreamer.

A. Greene said that "the child lives in a man to gray hair"

The profession of the teacher from the early childhood irresistibly attracted me. My friends played in "doctors", in "sellers" ... Well, I was always a "teacher". I experienced a constant thirst for knowledge and the joy of enriching them. I wanted to share this joy with others, and I gladly shared this - at that time still a little wealth with neighbor boys and girls. Later, I chose without hesitation the field of science that opened up the secrets of nature to me.

Entering the Pedagogical Institute, I realized that I was close to becoming a teacher. I was given knowledge: extensive knowledge in both physics and chemistry. But, perhaps more importantly, I was given the knowledge of pedagogy and psychology; directions of self-development and self-improvement. Before me, the best examples of national pedagogy came to life. Pedagogical Experience Makarenko, V.A. Sukhomlinsky and many others helped me to choose the right path and instilled confidence that one could become a real teacher.

So, the teacher, first of all, should love children. What does it mean? This means that you will be interested in communicating with them, that their judgment will not seem stupid and boring to you, that their deeds will genuinely excite you, and a joint game will please them and you. It means to see in the children of small people endowed with completely certain characters, which should be considered, but possessing, in comparison with you, much less knowledge and life experience. And only this - small knowledge and small life experience give the teacher the right to be ahead of the children and lead them.

Hence the second requirement for the teacher. This is professionalism. And if the first - love for children - is given to man from above, is not acquired, love can not be taught, then professionalism is a completely acquired quality. This is the necessary amount of knowledge, the study of teaching methods and ways of transferring knowledge.

If the teacher has a strong set of necessary qualities, then he acquires the foundation of the future profession and can become a good teacher. But here it begins to work, and from year to year will rotate in the amount of initial knowledge. But in order to give really valuable knowledge, so that lessons, conversations, and developing activities are interesting enough for this knowledge?

Now it becomes clear to me that in many of the troubles of our socialist state, the school is mostly to blame.

2)The concept of a modern teacher is inseparable from the concept of a modern student.

A modern pupil is the eighth wonder of the world, equipped with a mobile phone, a laptop and receiving a drive from listening to rap, while putting experiments on his diary.

The ideal disciple is the ninth wonder of the world. Currently, a worldwide search for such a student is under the slogan "Endangered species".

A modern teacher is a person who manages to correct all experiments on the diary of the eighth wonder of the world and at the same time manages to organize a worldwide search for the ninth miracle of the world.

This is the opinion of one of the students. I completely agree with him. I do not know how much to improve the teacher to be at the level of his students.

A modern teacher is not a profession, it's a way of life. He himself must live his children and do so that the pupils with pleasure went to school, to his lessons. And the pleasure from the joy of discovering children depends largely on the teacher. This is the style of communication with the student, and the applied modern technology, and the organization of work in the classroom, where each child has his own approach, etc.

To all this be able to apply in the lesson, the teacher must constantly improve himself and develop. And the one who has a desire to do this, and is a modern teacher.

Conclusion

I consider myself a successful person. To my success I do not follow the heads of my colleagues, not the manipulation of friends and relatives. I have another way. Firstly, I love my work and the people I work with. Secondly, I do not allow insult to lead my actions. We, the teachers, are obliged to teach the culture. The most authentic, the most refined. At the same time we must learn the culture ourselves. So ordered life. This is dialectics: you learn, learn ...

To be cultured is not to accumulate a stock of formulas, figures, names, dates - in a word, diverse and indisputably necessary information. This is not enough. To be cultured is to constantly improve and improve yourself in many ways.

The attitude of society to the profession of "teacher" is going through, in my opinion, is not the best of times:

               When the era dies

               In lawlessness and eternal futility,

We are all - until the last sigh-

               Blame for her emptiness

To meet the spirit of the time at the moment, you need a strong self-confidence and in your abilities.

Teacher must be patient and restrained, obliged, as an actor, to reincarnate as an engineer to drive a train, no matter what his mood.

The teacher can lead children only through his example and his love "through thorns to the stars." And he who has a desire to do this is a modern teacher.
