Run standard programs
Run the program on any operating system, including It is one of the main functions of both Windows. Previously, it was estimated that Windows supported the documented work style. This means that the work does not start with running the program, but with opening the document immediately. After selecting and displaying this document in the operating system, it will automatically detect the program in which the document was developed by opening the document file and open the specified document.
If the program is installed correctly on the operating system, the cascading menu of the All Programs (or Programs) item in the main menu usually has a line with the name of the program, and the desktop may have a shortcut. The names of the most frequently used programs in Windows XP are automatically entered as a separate line in the left area of the main menu. In addition, the user can enter the name of any program in the main menu and / or prepare its shortcut to the desktop.
The operating system automatically registers the documents of the last work performed and enters them in the cascading menu of the Documents item of the main menu. Like the program, the user can enter the name of any document in the main menu or place its shortcut on the desktop.
Start from the desktop
If a program, folder, or document shortcut is on your desktop, it's easier than ever to double-click a program or open a folder and document.
Here's how to double-click a program on your desktop and open a folder or document:
- double-click on the icon of the program, folder or document;
- Select how to open an object shortcut from the context menu;
- Use the Tab or / or ← ↑ → ↓ keys to highlight the desired shortcut, and then press Enter. using the Tab key and / or the ← ↑ → ↓ key to highlight the desired icon, then press Enter.
Start from the main menu
Starting a program or opening a document for any menu is done in the standard way: you need to open the main menu and select the All Programs path to launch the program or the Near Documents path to open the document. Then, at the cascading level that opens, select the path that contains the name of the desired program or document. In some cases, you may need to open several levels of the main menu.
Launch from the pointer window
If you do not have a shortcut on the desktop, and the main menu does not have the path to the desired program or document, you can run the program or open the document from the Link window. But to do this, you must first move the file of the desired program or document in the list of resources. It is best to use a branch of the bag in most cases.
You may accidentally select another folder or another disk drive during the file transfer process. You can then go back one level using the methods described earlier, or wrap the unwanted folder by clicking on the icon on the folder branch. Once the name of the file you are looking for appears in the view area, running the program or opening the document is practically the same as when using the shortcut.
4. Approval of new material
To do this, I end the lesson by asking students a few questions from the new lesson.
5. Summarize the lesson
Development of new material, analysis and assessment of students' knowledge.
6. Homework assignment: make examples using the tables above.
