Lesson TOPIC: Use in work of multimedia

                    computer capabilities (2 hours)

Lesson objectives:

1.Educational - organize the activities of students to reproduce the information received on the topic of the lesson:

·        teach technologies for working with multimedia programs;

·        to form an idea of ​​the types, properties, settings of Multimedia programs;

·        to master the practical application of multimedia capabilities of computers.

2. Developing - create conditions for the development of synthesizing thinking (development of the ability to establish uniform, common signs and properties of the whole);

3.Educational - create conditions for the education of information culture, interest in the topic under study, a positive attitude to knowledge.

Lesson type: Combined: a training lesson on the study and primary consolidation of new material + a training lesson to consolidate knowledge and methods of activity

Multimedia are interactive systems that provide work with still images and moving video, animated computer graphics and text, speech and high-quality sound.

Conventionally, there are six main components that characterize the multimedia presentation of information:

·        text,

·        graphic arts,

·        the photo,

·        sound,

·        animation

·        video.

Ordinary cinema is also excellent at all these means.

But a computer multimedia program has two fundamental differences:

·        the user can control the flow of information - choose different modes of presentation and behavior of objects on the computer screen, which is fundamentally inaccessible for traditional cinema. This property of multimedia programs is commonly called interactivity (from the English Interaction - "interaction");

·        the cost of making a motion picture is many times more expensive than a computer program.

3. Explanation of the new material.

 Let's recall the main components of the multimedia presentation of information:

·        Text (the textual representation of information is of great importance in modern programs, the most popular text editor is Microsoft Word. There is a huge number of functions for managing fonts - their size, typeface, color and other attributes;

·        graphics (graphic components significantly enhance the perception of information;

·        sound (for full use of sound in multimedia programs, you need to equip your computer with special devices - a sound card and a sound playback device
