Тема урока:  Healthy way of life.

Цель урока:  применение активных форм организации учебной деятельности и информационно – коммуникационных технологий с целью здоровьесбережения учащихся.

 

Тип урока:  урок обобщения и систематизации изученного материала.

Задачи урока:

Образовательные:

  1. продолжить формирование знаний учащихся  по темам «Спорт» и «Здоровье»;
  2. развивать фонетические, лексические и грамматические навыки;
  3. повторение и закрепление пройденного материала по теме;

 

Развивающие:

1. совершенствование речевых навыков учащихся (монологическая речь);

2. развитие умения аудировать с целью извлечения нужной информации;

3. способствовать умению анализировать, обобщать, комбинировать и трансформировать изученный материал;

4. продолжить развивать умение учащихся работать в группе с целью формирования социально – коммуникативной компетентности;

5. учить детей делать краткие сообщения;

6. продолжить формирование устойчивой мотивации учения для достижения стабильного качества знаний учащихся;

Воспитательные:

  1. воспитывать здоровые привычки;
  2. показать учащимся важность здорового образа жизни;
  3. формирование эмоционально-личностного отношения учащихся к изучаемому материалу.

 

Методы: словесный, наглядно – иллюстративный, тренировка, применение, контроль.

Оборудование и оснащение урока:

1.      учебник по английскому языку Афанасьева О.В., Михеева И.В., “Rainbow English” 5 класс.

  1. дидактический раздаточный материал: карточки групповой работы, индивидуальные карточки для самостоятельной работы;
  2. ИКТ: проектор, экран, компьютер, презентация учителя, доска;
  3. аудиозапись, видеозапись;

 

 

 

 

 

 

План урока:

I.     Начальный этап (10 минут).

1) Организационный момент (1 мин).

2) Этап целеполагания  (2 мин).

3) Фонетическая зарядка (3 мин).

4) Речевая разминка (4 мин).

 

II.  Основной этап (25 минут).

5) Просмотр видеоролика. Поиск необходимой информации.

6) Развитие навыков диалогической речи. Активизация употребления в речи настоящего простого времени.

7) Развитие навыков поискового чтения

8) Просмотр видеоролика

9) Проверка дифференцированного домашнего задания.

10) Работа в группах. Повторение лексических единиц по теме «Еда». Развитие навыков монологической речи.

11) Физкульминутка.

12) Развитие навыков аудирования. Подготовка к ЕГЭ.

13) Закрепление изученного материала. Поиск необходимой информации.

 

III. Заключительный этап (10 минут).

14) Рефлексия. (7 мин.)

Сценарий урока

 

1. Организационный момент. (1 мин)

 

T:  Good morning, boys and girls. I’m glad to see you. (Cлайд)

Ps: Good morning, teacher.

T: Sit down, please. What date is it today?

P1: Today is the 23rd of December.

T: What day of a week is it today?

P2: Today is Tuesday.

T: Look at the window. What season is it now?

P3: It is winter.

T: Could you describe this season?

P4: Winter is a beautiful season.

P5: It’s time to make snowmen, skate and play snowballs.

T: Good, thank you. What is the weather like today?

P6: Today is snowy and cloudy.

T: Is it rainy? Is today frosty or warm?

P7: It is not warm today, it is frosty.

T: - OK. Thank you. Let’s start our lesson.

 

2.      Этап целеполагания. (2 мин)

 

Т: - So, I’ll show some pictures on the screen. Look at them and try to guess what we are going to talk about today. (Cлайдкартинки)

T: - Children! What do you think will be the topic of our today’s lesson? Do you have any ideas? 

 

P1: - We are going to talk about healthy and unhealthy food.

P2: We will talk about different kinds of sport.

P3: We are going to talk about healthy way of life.

T: Yes, you are right! The topic of our lesson is “Healthy way of life”. (Cлайд) What do you think we are going to do at the lesson?

 

P1: We will read

P2:  We will speak English

P3: We will listen to the text

P4: We will learn the words.

T: Right. We are going to discuss our lifestyle and the ways of taking care about our health. At the lesson you are going to speak o lot, using lexical and grammar material, listen to an audio text and discuss it and check your knowledge. I wish you good luck.

T: You’ll agree that our health is in our own hands. Thousands years ago ancient Greeks said: “Health is the best wealth”. These words will be a motto of today’s lesson. (Cлайд)

4.      Речевая разминка (4 мин).

T: Good. The motto of our lesson is “Health is the best wealth”. But there are a lot of other proverbs about health. Look at the screen, finish the proverbs. (Cлайд)

P1: - Good health is……………. .

(Good health is above wealth. Здоровье дороже богатства.)

P2: - Wealth is……………. .

(Wealth is nothing without health. Здоровье — первое богатство.)

P3: - You are what……….. .

(You are what you eat. Человек – это то, что он ест.)

P4: - Early to bed and…….. .

(Early to bed and early to rise makes a man, healthy, wealthy and wise. Кто рано ложится и рано встает здоровье, богатство и ум наживет.)

P5: - Eat to live…………….

(Eat to live, not live to eat.  Есть, чтобы жить, а не жить, чтобы есть.)

P6: - An apple a day………. .

(An apple a day keeps a doctor away. Ешь по яблоку в день, и доктор не понадобится.)

III.             Основная часть

5.      Просмотр видеоролика. Поиск необходимой информации.

T: Now we will watch the video. After the watching I’d like you to say what kinds of sport have you met in the video. (Cлайд - видео)

T: Well, what kinds of sports have you heard?

P1: Basketball

P2: Judo

P3: Tennis …

T: Did we name all kinds of sport? Look at the screen and check. (Cлайд)

6.      Развитие навыков диалогической речи. Активизация употребления в речи настоящего простого времени.

T: So, what do you think is doing sport good for our health?

P1: Yes, it is.

T: What about you? Do you like doing sport? What sport do you like?

P2: I like swimming

P3: I like to play volleyball…

T: Thank you. What else do we have to do to be healthy and keep fit?

P4: To do morning exercises

7.      Развитие навыков поискового чтения

Pre-reading

T: How healthy are you? And are you happy? Doctors say that many people are not fit and happy now. But they know the answer to this problem. Open your books please on page 127, ex 4. You will read the text but firstly let’s read the words and the words combinations before reading the text. (Cлайд) Look at the screen and repeat after me, please.

P1: We should eat fruit and vegetables and not to eat fast food.

9.      Проверка дифференцированного домашнего задания.

T: I know that P1 found some information about fast food. Could you read it for us, please?

P1: Nowadays people are so busy, as they have no time to cook. Most of them prefer to have breakfast, lunch or supper in fast food restaurants. Children also like fast food very much. But nobody thinks that fast food is junk food. It’s very bad for our health.

P2: This food is very fat, it has many calories, and there are no vitamins in it. People who often have meals in fast food restaurants are often overweight. I advise you not to eat fast food, if you want to be healthy and fit. Take care of yourselves.

 

10.  Работа в группах. Повторение лексических единиц по теме «Еда». Развитие навыков монологической речи.

So, do you eat healthy food? Let’s check. Look at the screen. (Cлайд) There is a big choice of different food. You will be divided into two groups. I’d like you to choose the meal we should and  shouldn’t eat or healthy and junk food. You have a couple of minutes.

12.  Развитие навыков аудирования. Подготовка к ЕГЭ.

 

T: Now, you will hear an audio «Run a Marathon». You will hear it twice. On your desks you can see the cards and then I would like you to work in them. You’ll have to decide which facts are true, false or not stated in the text. (Cлайдаудио) (Приложение)

T: So, let’s check your answers. Read the fact and say if it is true, false or not stated.

P1: A lot of people can run a marathon. It is true. … (Cлайд)

13.  Закрепление изученного материала. Поиск необходимой информации.

T: So you see that nowadays all the people want to be strong and healthy. And what about you? What do you do to keep fit and stay healthy? On the blackboard you can see some coloured petals. To grow up a healthy flower you should put to it only the petals which are good for our health. So, I would like you to go to the blackboard, choose the petal, fix your petal round the centre, read and translate the advice.

T: Are you ready?

P1: We should eat healthy food.

P2: We should sleep enough.

P3: We should do sport.

14.   Рефлексия.

T: Now let's summarize the results of our lesson. What are your feelings? What did you learn today? What was interesting for you? Do you like our today’s lesson?  Look at the slide. You may use the beginnings of these phrases as example. (Cлайд)

P1: It was interesting for me to make a healthy flower.

P2: I liked to watch the video.

P3: It was interesting to listen choose the food we should eat.

15.  Подведение итогов урока. Домашнее задание.

 

T: Thank you very much. Open your record books and write down your home task. (Cлайд) Your home task is ex. 8,9,10 on p. 129 in your books. And you have an additional task – to write a prescription for a patient.

T:  Our lesson has come to an end. I see that you know much about the main rules of keeping fit. And I hope that you will continue to take care of your health in everyday life in future. Run for Your Life.

How healthy are you? And are you happy? Doctors say many people are not fit and happy now. But they know the answer to this problem. It is running. Running is good for you and running is fun.Once a year thousands of people in London don't stay at home to read their Sunday newspapers but go to Hyde Park to take part in the National Fun Run. They come with their friends, often in families. They are Fun Runners. They are people of different jobs. Many of them work in offices and sit before computers all day. Their jobs give them no exercise. Engineers and doctors, nurses and bankers think it is good for them to start running. "Running is good for your health," they say. "You begin eating more vegetables and fruits. You spend much time outdoors. It is good for you too. Soon you understand you can't live without running." There are different kinds of exercises. You can do swimming, running, cycling or just walking. They all will help you if you're not fit.
