Тема урока: Компьютерные вирусы.
Тип урока: комбинированный.
Проблема: Сможешь ли ты пройти практику в английском сервисе?
Цель: развитие коммуникативной компетенции студентов в обсуждении проблемы: «Сможешь ли ты пройти практику в английском сервисе?».
Задачи:
- развитие навыков построения вопросительных и повествовательных предложений;
- применять изученный материал на практике;
- развитие логического мышления, памяти, внимания;
- воспитание толерантности в общении с англичанином.
Речевая компетенция: развитие навыков диалогической речи в рамкой «Деловой игры», развитие навыков аудирования.
Языковая компетенция: предъявление новой лексике по теме: «Компьютерные вирусы ».
Социокультурная компетенция: практика в английском сервисе.
Формы организации учебного процесса студентов: индивидуальная, парная, фронтальная.
Методы: коммуникативный, проблемно – поисковый (характер содержания), словесный, наглядный, исполнительский.
Оборудование: компьютер, проектор, презентация; раздаточный материал.

Today we will speak about "Computer viruses". Сегодня мы будем говорить о компьютерных вирусах.
You are – computer programmers; you’ve learnt structure and usage of a computer at our technical school, but on practice you will get at service in an English town.
Вы – программисты; вы изучили устройство и работу компьютера у нас в техникуме, а на практику вы попадаете в сервис небольшого английского городка.
To do practical training in English service what you need to know? Correctly, words, but not only.

Do you know how these viruses work? What is the difference between thеsе viruses? Look at the screen, please. (6 слайд видео)
What is the computer virus? It is program which damages computer system.
What is malware? Malware is software that is harmful to users or their computing systems.
What is the difference between viruses and malware? A virus is just one type of malware, but the term is more widely used by the public. The term malware refers to any malicious software, including a computer virus.
What is Trojan horse? Trojans are a type of virus that are designed to make a user think they are a safe program and run them.
What are Worms? This type of malware will replicate itself and destroys information and files saved on the host PC.
What is Ransomware? Ransomware is an advanced type of malware that restricts access to the computer system until the user pays a fee.
What is Spyware? This type of malicious software, spies on you, tracks your internet activities. It helps the hacker in gathering information about the victim’s system, without the consent of the victim.
Do can viruses do to your computer? Corrupt or delete data, erase hard disk, use email program to spread itself to other computers, send you annoying messages.

- We are at the computer service. “Computer service”- what is it? (мастерская по обслуживанию компьютеров).That’s right.
This game we should perform by roles: a computer programmer and a client (a user). « A computer programmer » -what does it mean? «A user » - what does it mean? You are right.
Let’s consider the situation. Давайте рассмотрим ситуацию.
At the computer service there is a client. He has got a problem. His computer is broken. You should test a computer, discover the problem and fix it.
And now the task. И так задание (преподаватель делит обучающихся на группы):
You are computer programmers.
You are clients.
Computer programmers and the clients receive cards with tasks. To perform the task, the clients should ask the computer programmers for help, and the computer programmers must discover the problem.
Программисты и клиенты получают карточки с заданиями. Клиенты должны описать проблему со своим компьютером. Программисты должны установить причину поломки и устранить ее.
Task №2 (1variant):
Make a dialogue. The clients should ask the computer programmers for help, and the computer programmers must discover the problem.
Computer programmers:
Client’s laptop is infected by Trojan. You must discover the problem and explain your opinion.
Clients:
Your laptop is infected by Trojan. You must explain your problem.

-My laptop is broken.
-What’s happened? Describe your problem, please.
-My business network is unavailable.
-It can be Trojan horses. They may be programmed to steal personal and financial information, and later take over the resources of the host computer’s system files. In large systems it may attempt to make a host system or network resource unavailable to those attempting to reach it.
-Can you delete this virus?
-Sure. You should install antivirus.
-OK. Thank you.

Task №2 (2 variant):
Make a dialogue. The clients should ask the computer programmers for help, and the computer programmers must discover the problem.
Computer programmers:
Client’s laptop is infected by Worms. You must discover the problem and explain your opinion.
Clients:
Your laptop is infected by Worms. You must explain your problem.

-I have got a problem with my computer. The system operating files are damaged.
-It can be Worms. This type of malware will replicate itself and destroys information and files saved on the host PC. It works to eat up all the system operating files and data files on a drive.
-Can you delete this virus?
