My favourite frood

A 8th form student who used to live in Greece in childhood describing her favourite national food. "Food is an essential part of our daily life. One famous English saying goes “We are what we eat”, and it’s true. The food we eat can influence our body and our mind. A famous man once said ‘Tell me what you eat, I'll tell you who you are.’ I would paraphrase it a bit and say “Tell me what you it and I`ll tell you where you are from.’ And before I tell you about my favourite food I want to tell you a bit about my life. Where I was born, where I lived and what cuisine I have tried."
