1. Used to употребляется для выражения повторявшегося прошедшего действия или состояния, но прекратившегося в настоящий момент.
I used to go to the sea every year. – Я обычно ездил (имел обыкновение ездить) к морю каждый год.
После used to употребляется инфинитив.
He used to live in London. – Он жил в Лондоне.
They used to travel = They travelled when they were yonger.

To be used to – привыкнуть к чему-либо ( уже сформировавшаяся привычка)

She is used to living in the country.
I am used to drinking tea with milk.
После to be used to употребляется V-ing.

To get used to - привыкать ( процесс формирования привычки в настоящий момент.

I get used to wearing glasses.
