A charity event "White Flower" dedicated to children with cancer was held in September. Thematic classes "Lessons of Kindness" were held with students during class hours, which talked about mercy and compassion, about how you can contribute to helping seriously ill children by creating white flowers with your own hands for the campaign. White has always been considered a symbol of purity, hope and renewal.Students, teachers and employees of the Vorontsovskaya Secondary School took an active part in the action, which was held from September 4 to September 14, 2022. All the funds collected during the campaign were transferred to the Parish of the Kazan Church in Pavlovsk.

 The events of September ended with the exhibition "Autumn Bouquet", held on the last day of the month.  

We worked on the release: Derieva Evgeniya Gennadievna English teacher and 11th grade students Stepanova Daria and Paramonova Tatiana.

In the new academic year, a cycle of extracurricular activities "Conversations about important things" was introduced at the Vorontsovskaya Secondary School. The lesson "Conversations about important things" takes place every Monday with the first lesson.

As part of a series of events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Mid-Don offensive operation "Small Saturn", unified lessons of courage "Small Saturn. The purpose of the events is the formation of Russian civic identity, education of patriotism, respect for the Fatherland, pride in the heroic past of the Motherland, a sense of belonging to the events that took place.

On September 19, a competition – exhibition "Mr. Harvest 2022" was held at our school. The participants of the exhibition surprised us with their imagination, originality and creative abilities. Crafts and compositions of vegetables and fruits, cones, leaves, flowers and other types of natural material were presented. A total of 98 works took part in the competition! The best works were sent to Pavlovsk!

 Competitions in Russian Lapta

 Competitions in Russian Lapta. They were held in the city of Kalach at the Harvest stadium. 8 districts participated in the team competitions. All the guys were strong. The 1st place was taken by the team from Kalach, the 2nd place was taken by Bobrov, the 3rd place by Kantemirovka. The Vorontsovskaya SOSH team did not take the prize, but the main participation.

From September 19 to 24, 2022, a preventive week was held to reduce children's road traffic injuries. The Road Safety Week was designed to draw the attention of all road users to this issue.

The purpose of the safety week is to instill in children respect for themselves and other road users, be attentive on the roads and take care of their lives and health!

A series of events dedicated to the 165th anniversary of the birth of the Russian scientist, writer Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky took place at the Vorontsovskaya School. Russia is the birthplace of cosmonautics. Worthy sons of their Fatherland were born here, people whose names have glorified our country all over the world. Scientists have been thinking for many centuries about how to go on a journey to distant stars. One of the "space dreamers" was a modest teacher from Kaluga Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky.

The librarian held an informative conversation about the life of K.E. Tsiolkovsky, his ideas, and about his outstanding followers who devoted their lives to turning Tsiolkovsky's projects into reality.

Then the children took a "walk on the Moon" - watched a video, learned scientific facts related to the Earth's satellite.

And at the end of the event, the guys participated in a space quiz, which turned out to be interesting, fascinating and informative.

Concluding the informative hour, we concluded: currently, Russia is one of the leading space powers thanks to the discoveries of Tsiolkovsky.

From September 9 to 24, 2022, a preventive week was held to reduce children's road traffic injuries. The school held fire safety events .Classroom teachers spent class hours watching movies, talking on the topics "If there was a fire in the house", "Matches are not a toy for children", where students consolidated their knowledge about the rules of behavior during a fire in a house, school, about the causes of fires, rules for using electrical appliances, fire extinguishing means.

Within the framework of the All-Russian ecological subbotnik "Green Russia", subbotniks were held at the Vorontsov school.During the month of September, students of the school took part in subbotniks to clean up the school grounds and the surrounding area, and tree seedlings were planted in memory of those who died during the Great Patriotic War. It was a great honor for the school, the guys were happy to participate in this action. within the framework of which it is planned to plant trees in memory of those who died during the Great Patriotic War.

From September 28-30, a waste paper collection campaign "Paper Boom" was held at the school under the motto: "Hand over the waste paper – save the tree!". 23 classes took part in the action. Their parents came to the aid of the students. Together we collected 1800 kg of waste paper. And, as you know, 1 ton of waste paper keeps about 10 trees alive! The winners of the competition were:

among grades 1-4

1st place 4 A class - 189 kg.

2nd place 4 B class -109 kg.

3rd place 2 A class -99 kg.

among grades 5-8

1st place 6 B class- 129 kg.

2nd place 5th In class - 92 kg.

3rd place 7 B class - 89 kg.

among grades 9-11

1st place 10 B class- 257 kg.

2nd place 10 A class - 174 kg.

3rd place 9th grade - 49 kg.
