Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada umumiy o’rta ta’lim maktablarida chet tilni o’qitishda integrallashgan metodlarni qo’llash muhokama etilib, ingliz tilidagi ko'nikmalarni ikkinchi til sifatida yoki ingliz tilini chet tiliga o'rgatish sifatida birlashtirish uchun o'qituvchilar bilishi kerak bo’lgan qoidalar tahlil etilgan.

USING INTEGRATED METHODS IN TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SCHOOLS

 

Annotation: This article discusses the using integrated methods in foreign language teaching in general secondary educational schools, the rules that teachers need to know in order to combine English language skills as a second language or to teach English as a foreign language have been analyzed.

INTEGRUOTŲ METODŲ NAUDOJIMAS UŽSIENIO KALBOS MOKYMUI BENDROSIOSE VIDURINĖSE ŠVIETIMO MOKYKLOSE

 

Anotacija: Šiame straipsnyje aptariami integruotų metodų taikymas mokant užsienio kalbų bendrojo lavinimo vidurinėse mokyklose, išanalizuotos taisyklės, kurias mokytojai turi žinoti, kad galėtų derinti anglų kalbos žinias kaip antrąją kalbą arba mokyti anglų kalbą kaip užsienio kalbą.

Nowadays, there are many different ways a person can learn something. Some learning methods work better than others. Learners can learn anything they want, which means the possibilities are endless. There is no greater source of human power than the power of learning. The worlds combined knowledge is waiting for us, so don't hesitate, for who hesitates is lost. Everyone suffers from their own ignorance. And the only cure for ignorance is knowledge. A learning revolution is upon us.

The pupil or student is a learner who is studying on their own or learning on their own or enrolled in a school or an educational institution.

There are many benefits that come from learning. Learning gives us better thoughts, better ideas, better solutions, better understanding, better skills, and better awareness, and that is just the beginning.

Thus, integration method in teaching a foreign language in general secondary education can be defined as the coordination of different learning activities to ensure the harmonious functioning of the educational process. There are many innovations and trends in general secondary education that has been undertaken globally which include self-directed learning, problem-based learning, integrated teaching, and community orientation.

Teaching foreign language in integrated methods refers to a way of connecting skills and knowledge from multiple sources and experiences or applying skills and practice in various settings. It simply means bridging the connection between academic knowledge and practicals.

In order to integrate the language skills in English as a second language or English as foreign language instruction, teachers should consider taking these steps:

- Learn more about the various methods to integrate language skills in the classroom (e.g., collaborative technologies, working in a small group method, discussion, interview, essay and etc.).

- Reflect on their current approach and evaluate the extent to which the skills are integrated.

- Choose instructional materials, textbooks, and technologies that promote the integration of listening, reading, speaking, and writing, as well as the associated skills of syntax, vocabulary, and so on.

- Even if a given course is labeled according to just one skill, remember that it is possible to integrate the other language skills through appropriate tasks.

- Teach language learning strategies and emphasize that a given strategy can often enhance performance in multiple skills.

Integrated teaching refers to a way of connecting skills and knowledge from multiple sources and experiences or applying skills and practice in various settings. It simply means bridging connection between academic knowledge and practicals.

In conclusion, using integrated methods while learning the language skills also promotes the learning of real content, not just the dissection of language forms. Finally, the integrated methods, whether found in content-based or task-based language instruction or some hybrid form, can be highly motivating to students of all ages and backgrounds.
