Урок 2. Диалог о каникулах

Цели: формирование навыков диалогической речи по тем «Каникулы»; активизация лексических навыков и навыков аудирования; закрепление произносительных навыков.

Ход урока

II. Речевая разминка

-      The weather is fine today, isn't it? (Oh, yes. I agree with you. I is rather warm and sunny.)

-      Nina, I'd like to ask you a question. (You are welcome. Wha would you like to ask me about?)

-      Do you have to get up early in summer? (No, I don't. I don't hav. to get up early in summer.)

-      What did you do last June? (I travelled with my family last June.

-      Kate, did you get a lovely tan last summer? (Yes, I did. I go a lovely tan last summer.)

How many new books did you read? (I read three new books.) What new places have you been to, Mike? (I have been to Smolensk and Suzdal.)

Did you play any games in summer? (Yes, I did. I played tennis and basketball.)

What was the weather like during the summer? (The weather was warm and sunny.)

How did you usually spend your evenings in summer? (I watched sports programmes because I am a sports fan.) You helped your parents during the summer, didn't you? Did you stay in your native town in the summer? Where did you go? Etc.

II Активизация произносительных навыков

It's time to remember some conversational formulas and repeat them after the speaker. Let's work in a chain and repeat the sentences one by one. Who will be the first?

 выполнение упр. 7 (а), стр. 10 из учебника, работают по цепочке: один ученик повторяет одно пред­ложение.

Let's check up your hometask and listen to your reading. We shall choose the best reader and I'd like you to read in a natural manner. Listen to your classmates and ask the questions.

VI. Развитие навыков аудирования. Активизация страноведческих знаний

- Do you want to visit Great Britain? Let's watch the video and learn the information about London. Open your textbooks, page 10, exercise 8. Read the statements and decide if they are true or false.

Примерные вопросы учителя:

1. What places in London would you like to visit? Why?

2.  Do many people visit the capital of Great Britain every year? j

3.  What thing is very English? How can you prove it?

4.  Is a variety of tickets available for tourists?

5.  Why do people like to visit Bath? Etc.

VII.  Формирование навыков диалогической речи

-      Now we shall learn how to have a talk with your friends abou your summer holidays. Exercise 9, page 11 in your textbooks wil be the example of the dialogue. At first we shall complete it al together. Then you will divide into pairs and make up your owr dialogue. Read the dialogue and the options to yourself, please Who is ready to read the dialogue aloud? Now it's your turn tc act the dialogues out. You will open your textbooks, page 11 exercise 10. Work in pairs and act out the conversation.

упр. 9 стр. 11. Ученикам дается 2 минуты для чтения диалога про ceбя и самостоятельного выполнения задания данного упражнения После обсуждения вопросов и ответов из упр. 9, стр. 11 ученики делятся на пары и разыгрывают диалог, используя материал упр. 1 7, стр. 8-10. В конце данного этапа урока перед классом заслуши­ваются 3-4 диалога.

Рабочая тетрадь: упр. 4, стр. 4-5; написать личное письмо.
