Урок 73. Диалог по заданной ситуации

Цели: обобщение грамматических знаний по теме «Абсолют­ная форма притяжательных местоимений»; обучение диалогиче­ской речи (диалог по заданной ситуации); формирование лекси­ческих навыков.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент

II.  Фонетическая разминка. Активизация лексических навыков

-     It's time to practise today's vocabulary. Look at the blackboard and read the following word combinations. Read the words after Nick. Will you read the word combinations in pairs?

Ученики читают слова хором за одним из уче­ников, в парах и по одному. Учитель читает данные словосочетания на русском языке, а ученики переводят их на английский язык. Примерные словосочетания: to appear justice relation declaration planet to suffer to prevent to happen to respect values human rights opinion equality tolerant

В конце данного этапа урока ученики выполняют упр. 107, стр. 135 из учебника в устной форме.

III.  Речевая разминка

1.  Now I'd like you to answer my questions. Учащиеся отвечают на вопросы учителя по теме урока.

2.  What document should we read to know the human rights? (We should read the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.)

3.  What human rights do you know? (Every person has the right to speak freely, to marry whomever he/she wants, to choose the work and to get an education.)

4.  Do people in all countries live with these rights? Why/why not? (In some countries people live without these rights because racism is practised there.)

5.  Does the list of human rights include protection against racial, ethnic, sexual, and religious discrimination? (Yes, it does. The list of human rights includes protection against racial, ethnic, sexual, and religious discrimination.)

6.  What should people understand if they want to prevent war? (To prevent war, they should understand that every person has the right to liberty, justice and equality.)

7.  Is it important to be tolerant? (It is very important to be tolerant and you should learn to respect the opinions and values of other people.)

8.  How can we build peace in the world? (We should be tolerant of other cultures, religions, ideas and values.)

IV. Обобщение грамматики по теме «Абсолютная форма притяжательных местоимений»

-      Let's read the examples from the table "Grammar Focus". Exercise 108, page 135 from your textbooks will help you use the possessive pronouns in the sentences. Let's read the example. Who is ready to read and translate the sentence?

-      упр. 108, стр. 135 из учебника.

-      материал учебника из грамматического справочника на стр. 203.

-      После работы с таблицей ученики устно выполняют упр. 108, стр. 135.

V. Совершенствование навыков устной речи

-      The next task is exercise 109, page 135. Will you divide into groups of three? You will match the sentences and share the ideas with your partners. Read the example, please. Your time is up. Who will do the talking?

Для выполнения задания из упр. 109, стр. 135 учитель предла­гает учащимся разделиться на группы по 3 человека.

VII.  Формирование лексических навыков. Введение и первичное закрепление слова since

-      We shall learn to use the word "since" in different sentences. Look at the sentences of exercise 110, page 136. You will read and translate the examples. Sergei will read and translate the first sentence. Now you will change the sentences in exercise 111, page 136.

Знакомство с употреблением слова since в его различных функциях. Сначала ученики по очереди зачитывают и переводят предложения из упр. 110, стр. 136 из учебника, а за­тем выполняют упр. 111, стр. 136.

VIII. Обучение диалогической речи (составление диалога по заданной ситуации)

-      Now it's your turn to make up the dialogues using the situation from exercise 112, page 136. One of you is eager to go to the rock concert and his/her partner is not interested in rock music. You will have 5 minutes to do this task in pairs and then we shall listen to your dialogues.

Ученики делятся на пары для составления диалога. Учащиеся составляют диалоги в течение 4—5 минут, а затем пары учеников по очереди выходят к доске и представляют свои диалоги.

IX.  Подведение итогов урока

Рабочая тетрадь: упр. 5, 6, стр. 58.
