I am Natasha Ivanova. I am from Ukraine. I live in
Donetsk with my family.
We love and always help each other.
I also have a lot of friends. My friends are cheerful
and generous people. We are never bored together.
I have some special interests. I like to play sports. I

Student 2: “My Visiting Card”
My name is Anna Smirnova. I am sixteen years old. I was born on the 11th of
May 1985 in Valuiky. It is a small town in Belgorod region. It is situated on two rivers:
the Valui and the Oskol. You can see a lot of wonderful places and beautiful
landscapes here in summer and spring.
There are some places to go to: a museum, a cinema, a park, a sport
complex, a palace of culture, five libraries, a lot of cafes e t s.
I have lived in Valuiky since my childhood. My parents and my brother also
is energetic and confident.
My father`s name is Sergei Ivanovich. He works in a bank as a programmer. He
My mother`s name is Olga Anatolyevna. She is pretty and kind-hearted. My
mother is a housewife. She takes care of the family and does everything to make
our house cozy and comfortable.
I love and respect my parents because they are the closest and the dearest to
my heart people. They are ready to help and teach me everything I ask them for. I
feel that I am a lucky girl to have such nice parents.
I have a brother. His name is Anatoly. He is twenty-two and he is a student of
Belgorod University. He is going to be a lawyer. We get along with my bother and
love each other.
I am a sociable person, that`s why I have got a lot of friends. We meet and talk
about everything we are interested in: music, fashion, boys, teachers and so on. We
are never bored together because we are always engaged in some activity: we
attend different sport clubs, work on a computer, read books and press, watch and
discuss different films.
Some day I would be able to go to a foreign country on an exchange program
and the knowledge of English language would help me to communicate with other

Lyceum №107, is one of the oldest schools in Ukraine . It is more
than 100 years old. It was founded in 1888. More than 25 thousand
workers were taught here.
In the postwar years our vocational school was restored and in a
short period of time it was turned into one of the largest schools.
At present a lot of chefs, welders, auto mechanics, drivers,
honest and hardworking.
shop-assistants, builders are taught at our school. There are more than
500 pupils in our school every year. They attend their lessons every
day, and have their practical work as well.
Our Lyceum is a modern three-storied building of a typical design. In
front of the vocational school there are wonderful flower-beds and big
old trees. Behind it there is a small garden and a big ground for cars.
When you enter our Lyceum, you can see a library with a
reading room, the teachers` room, the doctor’s room. Some other
studies and classrooms are on the upper floors. On the walls of the hall
you can see portraits of our best pupils, outstanding people of our
region and our country. Our classrooms are nice and cozy. There are
light curtains on the windows and a lot of flowers on the window-sills.
