Внеклассное мероприятие по английскому языку "День всех Святых" для 6 класса

МБОУ гимназия №7 Сценарий внеклассного в 6 классе мероприятия ’’День всех Святых’’ Разработали: учителя английского языка Палюлина Е.В., Орлова И.А. г. Хабаровск 2015г МБОУ гимназия №7 Сценарий внеклассного мероприятия  ’’Halloween’’ в 6 классе   Цели:   ­ развитие умения иноязычного общения в различных сферах и ситуациях;  ­ создание условий для реализации интеллектуального и творческого потенциала каждого    ученика;  ­ воспитание уважительного отношения к традициям и обычаям страны изучаемого язы ­    ка;  ­ формирование коммуникативных умений: слушать, говорить, выступать перед аудито ­    рией.  Задачи:  ­ активизировать употребление лексических единиц в речи;  ­ совершенствовать произносительные навыки;  ­ познакомить учащихся  с традицией англоязычных стран. Оборудование: костюмы (придумывают сами учащиеся), оформление класса в стиле Хэллоуин,  музыкальное сопровождение (Happy Halloween songs, Witches brew by Hap Palmer), раздаточный  материал­ конкурсные задания, стихи на тему мероприятия, исторические факты; реквизит для  конкурсов Bobbing for apples, Hungry Pumpkin, Feed your Monster Ход мероприятия. I. Организационный момент.                Звучит музыка “This is Halloween” Ведущие приветствуют учащихся на английском и русском языках.  Звучит стихотворение  ,,Halloween,, :                                          Halloween, Halloween, magic night!                                          We are glad and very bright.                                          We all dance and sing, recite.                                          Welcome! Welcome! Halloween night! Halloween is very popular all over the world. People from different countries enjoy celebrating it. And today we have guests from France and Great Britain. Meet them! (Встречаем гостей из Франции и Британии) French guests: Bonbons, biscuits, le monde, entrez!                         Bonbons, biscuits, le monde, achetez!                         Bonbons, biscuits, le monde, payez!                         Bonbons, biscuits, le monde, mangez! British guests: Читают стихотворения (Гости из Британии  читают стихи) Ведущие: And now listen some facts from the history of this holiday ( учащиеся рассказывают о  празднике.)   г. Хабаровск 2015г МБОУ гимназия №7 Student 1: Halloween is one of the oldest festivals in Great Britain. Halloween is celebrated on October 31st. The full name of the festival is “All Hallows Eve”.                  Student 2:            Everything started a very long time ago, in the 5th century, in the place where today is Great Britain and  Northern France. At that time the Celts lived there and they celebrated New Year with a festival called  “Samhain” on November 1st. It was a holiday of the end of the “Sun Season” and the start of the “Dark and  Cold Season”. People made lamps of pumpkins and candles and said: “These lamps help the sun to live in  winter”.  Student 3: In the year 835 the Roman Catholic Church made November 1st a church holiday of all saints who do not  have a special day in the year. This holiday was called “All Saints Day” or “All Hallows Day”.  People started to celebrate another holiday on October 31st: “All Hallows Eve” (the night before “All  Hallows Day”). Now we call this festival “Halloween”. Student 4: People strongly believed that   Halloween is the night when communication between the worlds of the living and the dead can be. Dead people visit our world as witches, goblins, ghosts, black cats and skeletons.  II. Конкурсы и сценки                  Well, now we divide you into 4 teams and start our Competition part. Choose the name for your  team and be ready for the first contest. (Учащиеся делятся на 4 команды, выбирают название)                    Конкурс 1: “What is Halloween?” Complete (учащиеся выполняют задание 1 ­ Приложение)  You have 5 min to do this task.  (Жюри выставляют баллы) Traditions: Do you know what it is? What is the name for it? (teachers show a pumpkin with candle inside) It’s one of the Halloween symbols. And Natalie is going to share with us some more interesting  information. (Jack­o­Lantern)  Jack­o­lanterns – pumpkins with lighted candles inside which were used to frighten away evil spirits.  According to an Irish  legend a man called Jack can’t enter neither heaven nor hell. So instead, he has to  walk in the darkness with his lantern until Judgment Day. Many years ago people used  apples and potatoes  in making lanterns. Now all over the world pumpkins are used.  Сценка “Five little pumpkins” (выходят участники сценки)  (Приложение) Конкурс 2 : Find 12 pumpkins (Учащиеся выполняют задание 2­ Приложение)  You have 5 min to find as more pumpkins as you can. (жюри выставляет баллы) Конкурс 3: Hungry pumpkin. You should take a bean and throw it trying to hit the pumpkin (участвуют  все члены команд.  жюри  выставляет баллы Traditions: Children love this holiday very much. They put on costumes turning into ghosts, witches, goblins.. But do you know why people wear masks and costumes? Let’s listen to Nastya then. () Costumes – on Halloween people wore masks and costumes when they left homes after dark so that the  ghosts would mistake them for other evil spirits. The most popular costumes nowadays are ghosts,  г. Хабаровск 2015г witches and skeletons. The colours of Halloween are orange ( the colour of harvest) and black ( the colour of death and darkness).  МБОУ гимназия №7 Конкурс 4: The scariest look (costume) And now the contest! Whose costume is the scariest? (каждая команда показывает свои костюмы. Жюри присваивает по одному баллу за каждый костюм и  выбирает по одному участнику из каждой команды, как лучшего) Traditions: One more tradition of Halloween is Trick­or­Treat. Katya is going to tell us about it.     Trick­or­Treat – many years ago to keep ghosts and witches away from their houses on Halloween,  people placed plates of food outside their homes to appease all evil spirits. And now British children put on  their costumes and from door to door in the evening saying: “Trick or Treat”. And people give them  chocolate and sweets.  Конкурс 5: Bobbing for apples Конкурс 6: Unscramble letters. Help the spider to solve the riddle. (Учащиеся выполняют задание 3 –  Приложение) Конкурс 7: Feed your monster.  III. Sing with witches! Witches’ brew (сценка 4 ведьм с песней)  IV. Подведение итогов конкурсов. Награждение победителей.
