Abstraction The theme "The Mystery of Origin and the Significance of Kazakh and Russian Surnames" is relevant at this time and does not raise doubts of practical significance for all generations. In the context of globalization, it is necessary to protect and preserve the history of the people. At the same time, onomastics, as one of the leading directions of the national language policy in the republic, is acquiring not only scientific, practical, cultural, historical, but also socio- political significance. At any stage of the development of society, onomastic names had an important historical significance. No human community, no state in the process of its development could not do without its own set of anthroponyms. This is not an individual problem, it is a problem of state importance. The object of the study is the surnames of Russian and Kazakh origin. The purpose of the work is to create a manual that will make a significant contribution to increasing the level of onomastic knowledge, since the surname is history. Without history, history does not go on, and their names remain in it. An attempt is made to classify ways to determine the meanings of Russian and Kazakh surnames. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were accomplished: 1. To conduct a theoretical and methodological analysis of the state of the problem, to disassemble the system of mastering, studying and solving the problem. 2.Explore and carry out experimental verification of didactic conditions, by studying the names of the given locality. 3. To develop methodological recommendations allowing to expand the knowledge of Russian and Kazakh vocabulary, and at the same time the history and geography of our Motherland. Hypothesis of our research: The basis of the name must necessarily be tied to the person, to the ancestor. It is not always possible, therefore, it is necessary to try to reconstruct the original words, to find their old meaning. Searches of this kind expand our understanding of the vocabulary and semantics of the Russian language of past eras. The results of the work and conclusions: tables have been compiled on the problem, a manual has been created that reveals the origin and significance of the Kazakh and Russian names of people living in our village to form a sustainable motivation for awakening and strengthening respect and love for the Kazakh and Russian words, inexhaustible riches, shades and the colors of the living word. The field of practical application of the work: The work can be used in conducting extra-curricular activities, in drawing up the family tree of the family, for the school family, since tolerance is the road to agreement with oneself and others, when preparing the handbook "The meaning of Kazakh and Russian surnames" postcards or bookmarks.
