The aim of the project is to analyze the customs and traditions of the British, to show the most significant national holidays and to reveal the peculiarities of British culture. A quick overview of general facts about the UK cannot be dispensed with.

The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that today the study of culture is extremely importance. The definition of culture is multifaceted, so it can be meant as folklore, history, etiquette and much more. In fact, culture simply consists of these things and is a complex unit that can be divided into several categories. There is nothing more pleasant than plunging into the world of wonders and artifacts and embarking on a long journey of knowledge.
There are many languages and so many cultures these days. There are many nations with special mentality and national priorities. To reveal all the secrets, it takes centuries to study culture. One cannot but agree that each culture makes a special contribution to the development of the world. This is why it is really necessary in the era of globalization.
