Pupils stand in a circle and greet each other. E.g. Hello!  Pupils sing “Make a circle”. www.youtube.com         4 min Warm­up  Game “Guess my pet” Teacher makes an animal noise/facial expression and have the pupils guess the animal. The first pupil to guess  correctly comes to the front of the classroom and  continues with another animal. Listen, point and repeat.  Teacher shows new words on the active board. The pupils  repeat chorally and individually. Then point to their  pencils and say the colour. Ask individual pupils to say the word. Ask the rest of the class.      Descriptor: ­ Listen and repeat the names of colours; ­ Name the colours; 2. Listen and colour.  Pupils listen to the instructions of the teacher and colour  the animals accordingly.  It’s a big black dog; It’s a small brown cat; It’s a big brown rabbit; It’s a small black mouse;  It’s a small pink fish.
