4 Colors speak all languages.
(Joseph Addison)
The world of colour is one of the important components of the representation
of the world, one of its most interesting sides. Colour has great importance in human
life.
Color is a feeling that a person gets when light rays enter his eye. Whether we realize
it or not, colors have a definite impact on our whole life.
Usually we are intuitively looking for the color we need. If we feel tired in the
morning, we unwittingly choose clothes of warm and vivid colors orange, yellow or
red. Emotional people choose the colors most accurately. Usually these are women,
since men are more closely connected with social frameworks and often suppress the
desire to put on clothes of the desired color.
It is said that people began to make sense of flowers from antiquity itself. From
the times of the rock paintings, the main colorso steel were white, black and
red.Travel in around the world, it would not hurt to know those or other values – the
colors in the world.
For example, white is the color of parliamentarians and neutrality. On the
contrary, red is the color of love and life. From here went the symbolism of medicine
a red cross on a white background.
Very often in Africa, leaders and kings were dressed in red and only they were
able to pass the death sentence; in Africa, this color used to mean insane, crazy love.
Even this color was associated with a complete loss of selfcontrol and with the hot
season.
Blue in Egypt is truth and virtue, and in the United States masculinity. It is the male
approach to the business means the blue color of the star field on the flag of the USA.
5 And, perhaps, Japan is looking at America in a special way. In Japan, blue means
meanness and fraud.And about white?
WHITE COLOR IN OUR LIFE
The psychological meaning of white is purity, innocence, wholeness and
completion. With the development of society, various philosophies and religions in
the meaning of white began to lay different concepts .
In color psychology white is the color of new beginnings. It is the blank canvas
waiting to be written upon.
White contains an equal balance of all the colors of the spectrum, representing both
the positive and negative aspects of all colors. Its basic feature is equality, implying
fairness and impartiality, neutrality and independence.
It is interesting to note that babies come into the world with a perfect balance of
white, ready to imprint their lives with all the colors of the spectrum (hopefully!)
from all their life experiences.
The color white is cleanliness personified, the ultimate in purity!! This is why it is
traditionally worn by western brides, and the reason why doctors wear white jackets.
White is a color of protection and encouragement, offering a sense of peace and calm,
comfort and hope, helping alleviate emotional upsets. It creates a sense of order and
efficiency, a great help if you need to declutter your life.
White offers an inner cleansing and purifying of your thoughts, emotions and,
ultimately, your spirit, refreshing and strengthening your entire energy system.
But in fact, the value of white is rather twofold and depends on the
culture. While there are very few negative connotations to white, particularly in
western culture, too much white can be cold, isolating and empty. It implies a feeling
of sterility, detachment and disinterest, providing little stimulation for the senses.
Could you imagine that in some countries white means death, treachery,
devastation? And this, indeed, so.In some cultures it is traditionally related to death
6 and mourning. In these cultures death usually means the end of one life and the
beginning of another, moving forward to a new life, so the color psychology meaning
of new beginnings still holds. It is customary to bury in white clothes in Japan.
In eastern countries, the color white is the color of mourning and funerals. In
certain cultures, white is the color of royalty or of religious figures, as angels are
typically depicted as wearing white or having a white glow.
Many people use white as a recall of their youth and innocence. It reminds them of a
time when their lives were easier and less complicated.
White is used in many medical practices such as dental surgeries and doctors' rooms
as an indication of cleanliness and efficiency; however it also can give the feeling of
sterility and coldness of emotions and may lead patients to think the doctor or dentist
won't relate to them on an emotional and personal level. It can be too clinical and
sterile.
The color white can represent a successful beginning. As the opposite of black,
movies, books, print media, and television typically depict the good guy in white and
the bad guy in black. A white picket fence surrounds a safe and happy home.
And the white flag means truce. For example, in Catholic France, the meaning of
white on the national flag is peace, purity and innocence (white is associated with the
Virgin Mary there).
Marketing professionals are well aware of how colors affect customers. For example,
in those cafes where they want customers to linger less for food, so that more visitors
will pass, there are always a lot of bright colors like yellow and red. It should also be
said that in America and some European countries white color is a luxury, money,
aristocracy, a celebration. For example, during a holiday in many countries, tables
were covered with white tablecloths. In our country, this tradition has remained to
this day.
Whitegiveslightto the dark places, it activates. Due to the combination of white color,
psychologists advise the public, "If you want to make yourself a kind, respectable
person, always try to buy white clothes."
The value of white colour in the culture of the countries professing Islam.
In Muslim countries, white is considered sacred, along with green and black.
White is the favorite color of the Prophet Mohammed, who, although he wore green
(the main color in Islam) clothes, but he had a white turban. The meaning of white in
Arab countries is light, purity, truth to transmit them to the world of the light spirits
inhabited by gods.
7 The value of white color in the culture of the countries professing Buddhism.
In China, the meaning of flowers is given tremendous importance. The whole
philosophy (of sin) is based on this the whole world, the Chinese have divided all
the processes in the universe and in man into 5 elements: fire, wood, earth, metal,
water. Each element corresponds to a certain color. So the value of white in China is
not a positive color. The element of white is metal, it is associated with autumn,
withering, approaching the end of something, for example, the end of life. White is
the mourning color in China. In addition, white means cold, ice, treachery.
And white color means West, therefore, in the study on home improvement "Feng
Shui", the Chinese advise to use white color in the western part of a house or
apartment.
The value of white colour in the culture of the countries professing Hinduism.
In India, the meaning of white is spiritual emptiness, lack of passion, emotion,
and also purity and serenity. The saints and the dead can reach such a state.
In China, white was associated simultaneously with treachery and purity.

"White HouseTrust" «Ақ үй аманат» was mostly spread with the nomadic
people, especially among the Turkic peoples. It is written in the works of scientists
Sh.Ualikhanov and A.Margulan. This situation was common in the Kazakh steppe in
the last centuries. For example, in the DzungarianKazakhwars, the ChineseKazakh
invasion, the conflicts between the Khiva Khanate and the Kazakh Khanate, there
were times when the ambassadors gave "a whitedeposit" and reached the agreement.
At this ceremony took part many famous elders and khans. "WhiteHouseSavings" is a

splashes white. Likewise, when a snake enters the house, white (milk or urns) is
poured on its head, it is taken out of the house . Such a habit should be a matter of
respect for the friend and the host who has come to his home or home.
When a bride arrives at her husband's house, when she leaves the other house, she
becomes hostile to her husband. Young brides especially wear white shawl. Why

loyalty.
10 Young women shawl are decorated with ornaments In fact, shawl covers the head,
shoulder, chest and buttress of a woman with white cloth or white silk. Looking at a
woman, its easy to find out the woman's condition and age. For example, if the shawl
was only a white cloth, no ornament, it would be considered as a sign of a widow. By
the way, every kind of kyuyshek will be different. That is why it is possible to find
out if the woman is young or not.
White clothes are a sign of flawless purity. This allows the Muslim to keep his
clothes clean. And the most beautiful thing is that it is white and quiet.

periodically appeared and disappeared. This phenomenon, as a rule, concerned
exclusively one country or region, but did not extend to the whole world. One
can now observe the widespread use of white wedding apparel, even in those
countries where their own wedding culture has been forming for thousands of
years. For example, in China, the bride's dress, according to custom, is red, but
many girls began to refuse this color, preferring white, leaving only a few scarlet
details.
The two main versions why the bridesmaid dress is white
First version
This story is connected with Anna of Austria a Spanish princess who married a
French king Louis in 1615. At the wedding, the girl appeared in a snowwhite
image, which surprised and amazed those present so that the French ladies
began to imitate her style. According to some sources, the French women
considered her to be like a “cake”. It looked so cute that in France white dress
was used everywhere, and after the tradition spread to other European countries
Spain, England, Portugal.
18 Second version
The news of the wedding of the ruling Queen Victoria quickly spread
throughout England, and in 1840 a marriage was concluded between her and
Albert of SaxeCoburgGotha. The young bride wanted to look new and
gorgeous, and therefore decided not to wear heavy silver brocade, traditional for
the royal family, choosing a new color for everyone for her own wedding
white. Her clothes were sewn of thick satin, and about half a meter of material
used by lace makers from the village of Bir, led by Jane Bidney, was used for
half a year to decorate the sleeves, veils, and decollete.
After the wedding of Queen Victoria, all lace patterns were destroyed so that no
one else could repeat the exquisite pattern on her dress, and the outfit itself is
kept in the territory of Kensington Palace, where the exhibitions are held.
Victoria's only jewel during the wedding was a sapphire brooch presented by
Albert. She subsequently became a family heirloom and is inherited by members
of the royal family. The decoration of the young queen was so impressed by
those present that the white dress became traditional for a wedding in England,
and after all over the world.
The white featheris a traditional symbol of cowardice in the countries of the
former British Empire and, in particular, in the British Army. The most famous
was the practice of handing white feathers to men who were not involved in
military campaigns as a sign of accusation of cowardice and social reprimand.

hot” can also be used in the meaning of “extremely impressive, agitated”

of frenzy, complete loss of selfcontrol.
The white color in the English language picture of the world is often associated
with honesty, virtue, kindness, joy this is largely due to the influence of
Christian culture. Speaking of a crystal honest person coming in accordance
with the norms of morality, use (sometimes ironically) the expression "whiter
than white" (whiter than white).
The bride at the wedding, most often, dressed in white ("white wedding"

was impossible to get rid of the royal gift. Since then, a large, impressive, but

equivalent.

hope). A person (or even an organization) who invests money in a company so
that it does not pass into the hands of another owner is known as “white knight”

20 Conclusion
The world of colour is one of the important components of the
representation of the world, one of its most interesting sides. Colour has great
importance in human life. This is reflected in proverbs and sayings. With the help
of color, the people manage to recreate the emotional state , convey artistic and
psychological observations. The color component performs, first, a nominative,
objectvisual function. In addition to the objectvisual, direct meaning, coloring
almost always has a symbolic meaning, which contributes to the emergence of
moral and philosophical overtones of the sayings. Many proverbs and sayings are
based on the opposition of images of shadow and light. It is interesting to note that
the white color logically contrasted with darkness: gray and black.
Physiological perception of color is universal for all people because it is
based on a common physiology of human beings, the mental brain. However, the
psychological perception of color has national and personal characteristics.
Analyzing the nationally specific perception of colors,it should be mentioned that
the colors represent artifacts of the national culture.
Thus, the role of colour in the life of every person and the society as a whole is
extremely great. In everyday life and professional activity of a person, colours and
their combinations are intensively used as symbols that replace whole concepts, and
form conditional systems. Equally important is colour in traditional cultures.
Depending on historical origin, geographical location, a colour environment is
defined that forms colour representations of people. Much in the world around you
is perceived thanks to colour and with his help.
