Make up a dialogue. Use:
It`s a lovely (wonderful, beautiful, miserable, awful, terrible) day/weather.
It`s cloudy (nasty, humid, wet, stormy, hot, warm, cold, cool, sunny, frosty, snowy.
To shine brightly, to rain heavily/hard, to blow.
You can never be sure of a … day.
It doesn`t usually get very cold (hot) in … because of the changeable weather.
To stay at home, to go outdoors, to wear raincoats (coats), to have umbrellas.
Begin with:
It looks like rain.
What terrible weather we are having today.
It`s a wonderful day, isn`t it?

Writing a postcard
1. Обращение начинается с Dear, к которому добавляется имя.
2. Всё обращение пишется с левой стороны без отступа на красную строку.
3. Не забудь поставить запятую (а не восклицательный знак) после обращения.
4. Объясни (напомни), почему ты пишешь эту открытку.
5. Ответь на вопросы, которые задали тебе.
6. Завершающая фраза Best wishes пишется на отдельной строке.
7. Не забудь поставить запятую после Best wishes,
8. На отдельной строке после завершающей фразы напиши своё имя.
9. Адрес, куда и кому ты посылаешь открытку, пишется в таком порядке:
1ая строка Имя и фамилия адресата
2ая строка Номер дома, Название улицы
3я строка – Город, Почтовый индекс
4ая строка Страна
