Степени сравнения прилагательных

В английском языке различают простые (односложный) и сложные (многосложные) прилагательные;
Простые прилагательные образуют степени сравнения с помощью суффиксов (сравнительная степень — er, превосходная степень — est);
Сложные прилагательные образуют степени сравнения с помощью специальных слов (сравнительная степень — more, превосходная степень —the most).
