Тема: Права и обязанности

Форма урока: урок-закрепление новых знаний по теме «Rights and Responsibilities»

Цель урока: научить использовать ранее введенную лексику в диалогической и монологической речи. Практиковать учащихся в чтении, аудировании, умению высказывать свою точку зрения по данной теме. Развивать коммуникативные навыки.

Ход урока

I. Организационный  момент:

Teacher: Good morning girls and boys. Sit down, please. I`m very glad to see you. You look very nice today. I wish you health, happiness and good luck.

Teacher: Today we`ll continue to work at topic “Rights and Responsibilities”

II. Teacher: Lets repeat the words and words-combinations  в режиме Р₁Р₂Р₃Р₄

Teacher: Read and translate Р₁Р₂Р₃

III. Teacher: Now match the list of rights to their responsibilities.

Teacher: Work and discuss in groups (в режиме Р₁Р₂Р₃)

Teacher: The time is up. Any volunteers?

Teacher: Do, please

Teacher: Think of yourself!

What are your rights and your responsibilities? 

1) at home; 2) at school; 3) at neighbourhood

       Teacher: I have 3 cards. The necessary words are written there. Choose one of the cards and read the situation…. Discuss them in pairs.

            Обсуждение ситуаций в парах.

        Teacher: I`m fully agree with your opinions. Thanks.

V.      Teacher: Look at the screen, now we`ll read the poem by E.E. Hale. (Читаю биографию)

Teacher: Lets read the poem and discuss it

Teacher: What is the responsibility for the author?

Discuss it   in groups Р₁Р₂Р₃ (из групп)

Teacher: We live in a great country – Russia. We are proud of it and love it. I think that the main aim of our life  is to be useful for others, to help other people not only in difficult situation

VI. Teacher: Now, let`s check your home task. Open your books at pg.49, ex.7 (A)

Teacher: Now. Let`s check  and listen to the tape-recorder.

Questions:

1) What rights is Adam violating?

2) How is he going to put the situation right?

VII. Teacher: I`ll read the text for you. You  will   finish it. Discuss it in groups. Each group will give their version.(P1P2P3)

Teacher: Thanks. Now I`ll read the end of the text. (Читаю слайд)

 Teacher: You see it`s a sad story. We must be honest,not only in our actions and try to tell the truth in different situations

VIII. The next task will be to complete the sentences with the phrases. I`ll give you sheets of paper

Teacher:  Read and translate them  (в режиме Р₁Р₂Р₃)

IX. Teacher: Let`s check it yourself. Exchange your sheets of paper. Look at correct variant

Итог урока:

Today we have discussed   your rights and  responsibilities and I want you not to forget about them: Be honest, useful, respect other people ,obey the law and look after the environment and I think that you are  real citizens  of our town and   our country.
