- Hello, boys and girls.

- How are you?

- What day is it today?So, it's Wednesday today.

- But it's a special day. Listen to music.

- What special day is it today? Yes. It's my birthday! Do you like birthdays?

 

- Look! I've got a puzzle for you. Take a piece of paper, glue and put the puzzle together. You've got 4 minutes. (handout 1)

So, what is it a "fancy-dress party"?

 

At the fancy-dress party the children have costumes. Look, I've got a lot of pictures on the board.

-How many pictures do you see?

- 9. And I've got 9 words. Now I'll give you these words. Read, look, come to the board and stick the word below the picture.

Let's check all together.

 

On the party children like playing games. My favorite game is a "Musical box". Let's play!

Instructions: 1.Stand up and come to me, please. 2. Make a circle. 3. Pass the box around the circle to music. 4. When the music stops, the boy / girl with the box in the hands opens the box, take 1 card and name what it is.

Ready, steady, go!

 

As it's my birthday today I think that you will like to watch cartoons! I'll show you a short video.

- Who is Jack? Is he a teacher? He is a pirate.

Instructions: 1.Stand up and come to me, please. 2. Make a circle.3. I say " Breeze, breeze" - you move, when I say "clown freeze!" you have to stop and  "freeze" like a clown.

Now open your  PB at p.41.  Look at the children and their costumes! Please, guess. Her hat is red and white. Her shirt is white. Her shoes are black. Who is she? Right. The cook.
