What are you like?
What lifestyle have you got?

Do the questionnaire.

Do you do exercises every day?
Do you eat only healthy food?
Do you sleep 8-9 hours a day?
Do you have a good relationship with your parents?
Do you have friends who you can trust?
Do you always know how to spend your free time in the best way?
Are you always in a good mood?
How often do you feel such emotions as anger and hatred?
Do you often feel lonely?

Questionnaire answers:

Only “a” answers: You’ve got an excellent lifestyle!
Most answers are “a”: Your lifestyle is healthy but think how you can improve it!
Most answers are “b”: Not bad but you must change
some things!
