Fig.2 – Inserting a sound
The sound can be played:
Automatically: the sound will play straight away;
On Click: the sound will play when the icon is clicked;
Across slides: the sound will continue to play across all slides (fig.3).
Fig.3 – Playback
By default, an audio file with .wav extension is automatically built in the presentation and at the same time an audio file with .mp3 extension is only «connected» with the presentation.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN? (It means that when we place the audio file to the different place from the presentation your presentation won't play the sound).
Inserting a video
In order to insert a video follow these steps: Insert → Video → Video from File. Video can be played automatically or on click.
You can insert a video from YouTube. In order to do it, first find the video, which you want to play during slide show. Then, go to the address bar, and copy video link. Go back to the slide, and paste the link.
Inserting a hyperlink to a slide
You can add hyperlinks to your presentation to do a wide variety of things. You can use links to quickly get to a different place in your presentation, open a different presentation, open a new file, etc.
Link to a slide in the same presentation
Select the text, shape, or picture that you want to use as a hyperlink. On the Insert tab, in the Links group, click Hyperlink (fig.4).

In the Insert Hyperlink dialog box, under Link to, click Place in This Document (fig.5).

To link to a slide in the current presentation, under Select a place in this document, click the slide that represents the hyperlink destination.
Keep your links working: If you add a link from your presentation to a different presentation, and then copy your presentation to another PC, be sure to also copy the other presentation to the same folder. If you don't copy the presentation you linked to – or if you rename, move, or delete it – the link won't work.
