Waffles

Ingredients

Flour – 300gr
Sugar – 150gr
Milk – 200ml
Butter – 180gr
Egg – 3pcs
Dough baking powder – 2tsp

Cooking

Grind soft butter with sugar
Add milk and eggs
Whisk all ingredients together
Add flour and baking powder
Mix the dough thoroughly until smooth

Cooking

Pour batter into waffle iron. I pour 2 tablespoons of dough into one mold. Smooth out and close

Bake for the time required for your waffle iron, approximately 3-5 minutes
