Biography

Vladimir Usmanov was born on 9 August 1951 in a family of teachers in the village Stepmother Machacancha village Kikvidzensky district of Stalingrad, now Volgograd region.

Social activities

Vladimir Usmanov took an active part in regional activities in the field of Patriotic education of youth. Social activities
