Simple +ly = simply

Beautiful + ly = beautifully

Положительная степень Сравнительная степень

near – близко	nearer – ближе	nearest – ближе всего (всех)
late – поздно	later – позднее	latest – позже всего (всех)
early – рано	earlier – раньше	earliest – раньше всего (всех)

Односложные и двусложные наречия, совпадающие по форме с прилагательными, образуют степени сравнения как соответствующие им прилагательные, например:

Многосложные и некоторые двусложные наречия образуют степени сравнения с помощью more и most

Следующие наречия, как и соответствующие им прилагательные, образуют степени сравнения не по правилу:

Наречия места и времени ( here, there и др

Наречия места и времени (here, there и др.; tоday, tomorrow, yesterday и др.) степеней сравнения не имеют.
