Когда речь идёт о людях, используются местоимения who (whom), когда речь идёт о неодушевленных предметах и животных – which.
При этом очень часто which и who опускаются.
Во многих случаях вместо who и which можно использовать that.
This is the book that you wanted to read.
This is the man that you wanted to see.
Write these sentences differently. Use who or which.
I like the video that I bought yesterday.
The boy that wrote this poem is my best friend.
The dog that is running to the house is Rex.
Where is the picture that Uncle Fred painted?
Mr. Jones is my friend, that lives in Canada.
