Son Кириленко: Hello everyone!

We present to your attention our project:

All together: Who do I look like.

Grandmother Крутикова: The authors of the project are Терновой Иван, Мозолева Анастасия and Гумарова Аина.

The problem.

Grandfather Хвалов: The problem of our project. Once upon a time there was a little boy, who asked his parents:

Son Кириленко: My dear dad and mum please answer my question: Who were my ancestors and who do I look like?

Mother Mозолева: I’ m sorry, but I won’t tell you exactly… (Разочарованно обнимает сына)

The hypothesis [haɪ'pɔθəsɪs].

Father Терновой: And what if we work out a scheme [skiːm], collect and show more information about relatives, design a family tree. And then we will tell exactly, who do you look like.

 Mother Mозолева: I think to know the roots of  the family is very important and actual nowadays.

The aim of the project: is to make a comparative analysis [ə'næləsɪs] of the appearance of ancestors to find similarities [ˌsɪmɪ'lærətɪs].

Father Терновой:

The tasks of the project are

1. to collect information about relatives

2. to translate it into English

3. to design the scheme of the family tree

4. to find the similarities of appearance.

Grandmother Крутикова:

Our  Action Plan

1.      To take the interview;

2.      to discuss the work plan;

3.      to  create the groups;

4.      to work with the file of the family (photos, letters, dairies);

5.      to analyse and compare the appearance of ancestors;

6.      to make the product design;

7.      to prepare the presentation of the project.

Grandmother Гумарова We were divided into groups:

1 the informers

2 the researchers

3 the translators

4 the illustrators

Mother Mозолева: Okey, It’s time to show our product design.

Son Кириленко: Now, my dear dad and mum I can tell you exactly: Who were my ancestors and who do I look like?

Grandfather Хвалов: The conclusion:

We have achieved the aim of our work. We have designed a “Family Tree” scheme in different ways. Then we collected the information about relatives. We found out “Who do we look like”.

During our work on the project we have improved our English, have learned

how to make slides and have known how to do the project. Finally we have made

a genealogical tree of three generations of the family.
