Менеджер:  Доброе утро, дорогие гости! Добро пожаловать в Лондон. Позвольте представиться, меня зовут Анна, я ваш тур-менеджер. Сегодня мои коллеги-гиды помогут мне в нашем путешествии. Я очень рада, что вы выбрали автобусный тур. Наш автобус называется дабл-деккер, потому что он двухэтажный. (слайд, указывает на автобус). Сегодня мы посетим Лондон, где вы сможете повстречать англичан и узнать много об интересных местах столицы.

На экране титульный слайд 1.

Менеджер: Прекрасно!! Начнем нашу экскурсию!

Водитель: Hello! My name is… and today I’ll be your driver. Are you ready? (ответ пассажиров)  Let’s go!

Менеджер: Лондон очень красивое место. Он расположен на реке Темза. Лондон – одна из самых известных столиц мира и каждый год привлекает много туристов.

А сейчас мы проезжаем Ист-энд, самый бедный район Лондона.  

Слайд 3,4 (East End)

Мы проезжаем Вэст-Энд. Эта часть больше известна среди состоятельных туристов.

Сегодня с вами будут 6 гидов.Мы увидимся с вами в конце экскурсии. Хорошего дня!  (уходит, в конце присоединяется к группе туристов)

Водитель: Our next station is Trafalgar Square.

(Заходит 1 гид и в автобусе рассказывает)

Трафальгарская площадь – центр Лондона и является самой большой среди площадей столицы. Здесь проводятся праздники и различные массовые мероприятия. Можно сказать ,что это сердце Лондона.

Сейчас мы с вами направляемся в Вестминстерское аббатство.

Отсюда мы можете увидеть здание Парламента, где располагается британское правительство.

Посмотрите направо! Это известный Биг Бен, огромный колокол в часовой башне, который назван в честь сэра Бенджамина Холла. (музыка замолкает).

It is a royal church. Westminster Abbey was built in the 11^th century. The Abbey is a fine example of Gothic architecture. It is the place of coronation and burial of British kings. It is famous for a great number of well-known people buried there.

Here you can see the tombs of many British Kings and Queens.

Гид 3: Good morning! My name is … . Now we’ll make our way to Buckingham Palace and pass famous London Parks.

The special feature that distinguishes London from other capitals is its many green parks, which have been enjoyed by its citizens. Five of London’s royal parks are in the heart of the capital.

Look right ! We are passing Hyde Park. It’s the largest park in the West End of London. Hyde Park is famous for its Speaker’s Corner.

Where anyone can stand up and say what he wants. There are many things to do in Hyde Park, you can boat on the lake, cycle or play tennis.

Buckingham Palace was built in 1705. In 1837 Queen Victoria was the first monarch who began to live in this building and it became the official residence of queen Victoria as well. The Palace is beautiful and has 600 rooms, the halls are used for different ceremonies, but life inside the palace is a mystery.

There is a wonderful daily ceremony, which takes place at 11.30 a.m. Usually Londoners and a great number of foreign tourists watch Changing the Guards in front of the Palace.

We are passing Picadilly Circus, it’s a meeting point of six streets. It is a square in the Central Part of London. London’ s best-known theatres and famous restaurants are on Picadilly Circus. In the square you can see people of many nationalities.

Now we are passing one more sight: the river Thames. There are 27 bridges over it in London and 8 tunnels under the river. The most famous bridge is Tower Bridge, one of the symbols of London.

The tower of London is a very ancient building.

 Cлайд 23. (Тауэр)

It’s more than 900 years old. English kings lived there many years ago. It was a fortress a Royal palace and later a prison, but now it’s a museum.

Nowadays the Tower has a different role that of guarding the Crown Jewels, which are kept in the Jewel house of Tower. 

Visitors can also enjoy the company of ravens, that wander about the Tower grounds. The legend says that if they fly away, Britain will fall.

Besides you can see the so-called “beef-eaters” in traditional costumes who guards the Tower.

It’s the biggest cultural and shopping center in Britain. It has been the most important place in London for 300 years. Nowadays it has been restored and is a lively shopping area with restaurants, cafes, the theatre and Cental Market.

And now you have free time for shopping. You can buy souvenirs and gifts.
