Lesson plan
I. Organization moment.
II. Checking of knowledge. Continue our lesson. What was your homework? Home work was to wtite a short essay about future schools. Are you ready?
Pupil 1: An Ideal School
An ideal school would have a swimming pool. The playgrounds would be separate, one for the young children and the other for the senior forms. A wall would be separating them and there would be a door from one playground to the other. The classrooms would have carpets . The desks would be painted and the chairs would have cushions. The chairs would also be painted. There would be a computer on every table in the classroom. There would be at least 12 videos for each classroom. The lessons would be interesting. There would be lots of French and German and English. There would be four floors. There would be a lift to take us up. There would also be a big library. There would be a lot of musical instruments: flutes, guitars, drums, etc. There would be lots of visits to concerts and parks. The tests would be easier for children.
Pupil 2: So what kind of school must be the school of my dream?
I dream to study at the evening beach school. It will be situated on the sea beach around an open area that can be seen from almost every floor. In school of my dreams must be lifts or moving staircases. The lessons will start at 4 p.m. and last till 8 p.m. During the breaks the pupils will swim in the sea and during the lessons they will have an opportunity to sunbath while learning the lessons. The school cafeteria will serve fruits, juices and cocktails. Every day after the lessons it will be a party till the dawn with the most popular DJ`s. Then pupils can sleep till 4 o`clock in the afternoon, then their lessons will start.
I think that’s impossible, because I want everything at once, but I know that it does not happen.
Pupil 3: The school of the future
The school of the Future will be large and nice. School will begin at the age of 5. Children will come to school at ten o’clock. There will be only 4 lessons every day. Every pupil will have a computer. The teachers will be kind and clever. There will be machines which will give pies and ice-cream free.
Pupil 4: First of all, my dream school should be modern and well-equipped with large corridors and light classrooms. Smart board is a new technology, which is especially useful for studying.
Secondly, I would cancel homework. It would be better if children could do all exercises during school hours and then be free. I also think that schoolchildren shouldn't carry such heavy rucksacks. They could simply leave their textbooks and workbooks at school library, for example. My dream school should have a large playground and a swimming-pool. I love swimming and I would be happy to have swimming lessons instead of other physical exercises. As for the dining-room, I would change the food there and would make the breaks a little longer, so that children can eat without running. In my dream school all teachers are kind, intelligent and friendly. They are in good relationships with pupils. I would like to go to different concerts, exhibitions, picnics more often with my class. This is the idea of my dream school and I hope that someday schools will become a better place to study.
Ok,I see a lot of your ideas of future schools. I wish your dreams come true.

Sometimes it is difficult to give a definite answer because there are very many trades and professions which are important and useful. But there always some boys and girls who know very early what trade or profession they will take up. Others are ready to enter a profession in which they can be help to other people but they have not yet decided which profession to choose. There are many different kinds of jobs, but it is not difficult to find out about any of them. This may be done by going to a public library and reading special literature; by talking to older people who are occupied in that particular kind of work. They can help you to find out if you will be able to do that kind of work well, and tell you what there may be for you in the future. If a school-leaver wants to get a higher education, the best road to it is through practical work. You will have time to think about your future if you do that and then, if you decide to go to an institute, you will already know life better. But whatever profession you choose you must be sure that the work you do will be interesting for you and useful to our country!
